We had a big ash tree in the backyard that became infected by a beetle; it was subsequently sprouting deformed leaves, and bark was starting to peel away. I contacted several tree services to see about either saving the tree, or having it removed. And what I immediately liked about Aaron was his honesty; every other service that came to see the tree, offered to inject it first in an effort to save it. Aaron made it clear that the tree was past the point of saving, and that those services would undoubtedly charge me for the injection, then report back that it didn't work, then charge me the additional cost for removal. Aaron's quote was also the most reasonable of everyone I contacted. He was very professional, even dealing with my neighbors to reassure them that he was insured and that he was following city guidelines. When the day came to remove the tree, he and his crew did so quickly and easily, and cleaned up after themselves so that there was no sawdust left behind. They even went to my neighbor's yard to clean sawdust that the wind had carried. They did a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of tree removal service.

Contacted Toronto Tree Removal for removal of a 55 year old Mulberry tree. Each year the tree produced thousands of mulberries. However the birds, squirrels and raccoons would make a mess when they attempted to eat the mulberries. For approximately two months a year, I had to clean the area twice a day of the mulberries that fell to the ground. Heather from Toronto Tree Removal came by and gave me a quote to remove the tree. I had previously read other reviews for a tree comparable in size to mine and based upon the prices I read, I felt that the quote given by Heather was reasonable. Their office contacted me and scheduled a day when Aaron and his assistant would come and remove the tree. I had requested that firewood be cut for my neighbour which they did and they also carried some of the firewood to my neighbour's home. Aaron did a very professional job in his approach to removing the tree making sure he did not damage the bush that surrounded the tree. In addition they cleaned the area of the cut branches and sawdust. Both Aaron and his assistant were friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tree removed.

Fast, efficient and friendly. Heather came immediately to quote on our emergency and was able to get Aaron and his crew working the next morning. They did an impeccable job and reasonably priced. Definitely a good company to support.

I have nothing but good things to say about Aaron and his crew. Great customer service! Aaron answered all of my questions and arrived on the date we agreed upon. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbours. Due to the location and size of the tree it was a challenging removal that took two days. I was on-site both days to oversee the progress and his crew always acted professionally and I had full confidence that the job was performed in a safe manner. In addition to safely removing the tree they also did a great job cleaning up the branches and wood chips from my yard. I also contracted Aaron to perform stump grinding. He completed this ahead of schedule. It was great to get it removed before the summer.

I would highly recommend Toronto Tree Removal. Aaron called me back right away and within two weeks had come by to give me a quote and then removed the tree. His crew arrived when they said they would and cleaned up all the debris when they were done. Their price was also very competitive. I would use their services again.

I would recommend Aaron and his team highly, and would not use anyone else. They arrived on time, were professional, did exactly what we agreed to and more, kept all the branches away from the house and did an amazing clean up at the end. Highly recommended - no hesitation. We needed a very large Norway Maple brought down because it was becoming dangerous. Aaron was great throughout, also put us in contact with an excellent arborist, Trevor Whiteside, to get the permit from the City. Toronto Tree Removal's quote was highly competitive. The team that came to do the job was punctual, very polite, professional, worked incredibly hard all day and came back the next day to get the job done. They pick good people and manage them well - all credit to Aaron.
