We had two issues: ice storm damage in the trees in our back yard, and an Elm tree that was dying. Aaron came out to take a look, and quoted us a very competitive price. To address the ice damage, the crew came as scheduled, pruned all the deadwood and removed all the debris. For the Elm tree, Aaron immediately diagnosed the issue, and since we were keen to rescue it, recommended an arborist. The arborist (Andor Dunai) came to take a look, confirmed that the tree was beyond rescue, and didn't charge us anything! Aaron and his team are outstanding, and I highly recommend them. WOW...after the recent high winds we discovered we had a tree down across our yard and our neighbours. My husband called a few tree services but Aaron was the first to call back and agreed to go have look and give us a quote. WE agreed to the very reasonable price and the tree was gone in a day. Thanks to Heather and Aaron, and the crew. Like many Torontonians, the ice storm and frigid weather in early 2014 wreaked havoc on our trees. One in particular had us worried because it had grown at a precarious angle, and was infested with carpenter ants; a recipe or disaster if we had another windy icy winter. We had reached out to a company who had limbed the tree the previous year, but that went “Pear-shaped” (to avoid using that company’s name)… Their failure was our good fortune. I called Toronto Tree Removal, and Heather was out to investigate in an hour. We wanted two trees removed (which we are replacing), and two other trees limbed to avoid wind-fall damage and to discourage critters. The estimate was within reason so we engaged the work. Heather put us in touch with a great Arborist who managed the City Permit process for us. Once the permit was approved, the crew was on site in two days to fulfill. The guys were fast, clean and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Toronto Tree Removal.

The crew does impeccable work. Came a few times for me, on short notice while renovating my backyard. Multiple trees removed, pruned, stumps ground. Never had a chance to review, but guys are top notch. Clean, speedy, well done. Excellent pricing as well.

A neighbouring homeowner hired this company to remove a large, old tree in their backyard after it was condemned by the City. This was a difficult job due to the tree's size combined with it being in a small backyard. Aaron and his crew worked like a well-oiled machine to systematically take the tree down. They were diligent and mindful of the surrounding homes. Very impressive work! I asked them to grind two stumps in my backyard, which they did a few days later.

We had a beautiful large tree in our yard bordering our neighbour that was infested with bugs. The crew came on time, were very careful at taking the branches down, the tree down, without disturbing our neighbour's yard as we do not have a fence between us. They did a great job of cleaning up and were very courteous to my family and each other. I highly recommend their services!

Excellent service by the crew. Very professional. No damage to overhanging wires or other surrounding structures. Tree removal was done quickly and safely with minimal fuss. In addtion, the cleanup was so thorough you would hardly know they were there.. Kudos to this company.
