    Highly recommend North Durham Appliance. The repairs were completed in a timely manner (the tech was in and out in less than an hour) and the overall cost for parts and labour was reasonable. I am happy to have a working dryer again and will definitely use again in the future if needed. Thank you!

    Service leaking fridge and replace ice maker

    The service was great. Work took approximately an hour. Everything was left neat and tidy. No more leaking fridge and ice ready for summer drinks!

    Dryer

    This company always goes above and beyond to help their customer's. Kept my appliances going for quite a few years. Part had to be ordered from USA. Once part arrived my dyer was up and running in no time. I simply won't deal with anybody else. When I replace appliances it will only be a make they service. Then I know I have peace of mind.

    Oven repair

    As always, excellent service by NDA.. prompt response to my phone message, very quick service appointment scheduled.. technician arrived as promised - oven up and running!

    Washer & Dryer Repair & Service

    Front-load washer needed cleaning behind the rubber and the dryer's exhaust vent also needed cleaning. The service man did the job very quickly and efficiently in a cordial manner. We are very happy with the service, the advice given, as well the price. Great Job! We highly recommend this company to those who need appliance repair and service!

    Good service

    We had them decouple our gas laundry dryer and seal the pipe. The visit was prompt and the job was well done.

    Whirlpool Oven

    Our Whirlpool Oven slide in model was not working, as the oven was not heating up. It is six years old, and cost over $1800. at the time. I did not want to be looking at getting a new stove, as we had just replaced our dishwasher a few months ago. I called North Durham Appliance, and spoke to Kevin. He mentioned it was possibly the baking element, and would order the part, and have someone come out check, and replace. Technician Lucas came out on time. Checked the oven, and sure enough it was the baking element. He also checked the stove over during this time. Approximately half an hour to complete. I am very impressed to say the least. Lucas was very professional, and explained all of our questions to our satisfaction. Definitely would recommend them.
