    Fridge repair

    Our fridge stopped working and I tried to repair it myself. I was not successful so called North Durham Appliance. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are affordable, reliable, courteous, and friendly. They go out of their way to get your appliance fixed in the shortest time possible. These days some parts are hard to find. Chris went out of his way to find one part that we needed. He had it shipped and he installed it very quickly. This company exceeded out expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend them.     Whirlpool Dishwasher

    Can't say enough about the service. The plastic piece on top dishwasher rack broke. Contacted North Durham Appliance. Part sourced and repair completed in less than a week. Pleasant, quick and professional. Ten stars! Thanks again!

    Appliance Repair

    North Durham Appliance repaired our “old” Maytag washing machine. We have used this company in the past. Once again we received excellent service. Professional; prompt; reliable and honest. If you need assistance, great customer service and reasonable rates do not hesitate to contact North Durham Appliance

    Quick Response and Great Work

    Their response time was quick and efficient. Diagnosed the problem and replaced the motherboard on my refrigerator quickly. Great work and will contact them again in the future for any possible repairs that I may require. Thank you

    Repair gas clothes dryer

    Our gas dryer stopped working (heat went off after a few minutes) We phoned our normal appliance repair guys in Scarborough. None of them worked on gas dryers - one recommended North Durham Appliance. This turned out to be an excellent recommendation! I spoke to Kevin - he was available next day. He said he would phone first thing to give an exact time. He did just this - Kevin phoned at 8am to confirm he would arrive at 9:45am...he arrived at 9:45am. Kevin was wearing a mask - he was friendly and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently to find and fix the problem (faulty gas supply solenoid valves). Price was very reasonable. Great job!

    Maytag fridge repair

    Third time I've dealt with this company and wouldn't consider looking else where. Was going to replace fridge as it's 12 years old. So glad I decided to give them a call first. They attempted to trouble shoot with me over the phone to see if fridge would come on. When it wouldn't they were fairly sure what the issue was before coming, so had new part with them. Had fridge been a write of I'd still be highly impressed with the service I receive from this company. Would highly recommend if you have an issue with any appliances you give these guys a call. You won't regret it.

    gas stove

    my gas oven was doing nothing I booked a service call Kevin showed up exactly when he was supposed to he quickly had the oven working like new then came the bill WOW no where near what I expected this company has integrity and knows their stuff dont hesitate to use them

    Appliance Repair

    If you are looking for an honest, reliable service do not hesitate to contact North Durham Appliance. I had an issue with an older washing machine. Kevin came and within minutes it was repaired. Turns out it was a minor issue.I was charged a very reasonable service fee. From the time I made the first call it was a great experience.

    Small business that is reliable!

    I have used North Durham Appliance for a washing machine, a stove & a fridge so far. Their customer service is excellent, they are prompt, polite & most of all, honest. They diagnosed my issue with a washing machine where the front door would not open, & it was fixed quickly by a great technician, Chris. My stove had an issue due to a power surge, right before selling. Kevin diagnosed the problem, let me know the part was discontinued & told me a new part of they could locate one would be more costly than a new stove. Great info as I just needed a working stove for the sale of my house at the time. Saved me time, effort & money. Kevin installed a water line on my new fridge & took all safety precautions during Covid. The work was done with ease, promptness & excellent service. I will always use this local business & will 100% refer my clients, family, friends, neighbours & colleagues to this company. They treat their customers like family & friends. They appreciate their customers & it shows in their work. Thank you for every experience I have had. You are very professional & it is a pleasure working with your company.

    Dryer & Washing Machine Repair

    Great service with great pricing in Durham. Definitely call this company they are efficient tradesmen with reasonable pricing. Wish I knew of them first because I got ripped off by another.
