    Fast, Honest, Fair, and Trustworthy Repairs

    Kevin and the entire company are kind and efficient. I have never had trouble from them. I can always trust for a fast, honest, and fair repair. I work in property management. I have had multiple brands and types of refrigerators, stoves, washers, and dryers repaired. I would recommend to anyone and I do always recommend everyone to call Kevin for his trustworthy repairs. (The approximate cost varies depending on the repair, however this site made me fill in a number or else I could not post this recommendation.)

    Gas oven repair

    The tech was on time and polite. He diagnosed the repair quickly and said he had brought the part that he thought was the issue based on my description on the phone (who does that?). Fixed the problem in a very short time. I am extremely happy with the customer service and the repair.

    Washing Machine Malfunction

    For the umpteenth time, our washing machine malfunctioned. Over and over again, the machine signals F8/E1 and stalls in the washing cycle. We've learned to unplug the machine and reboot it but this time, the door locked and wouldn't let us open it. Clothing in the machine for 4 funky days until Kevin arrived, he diagnosed it was because we had our hot water tap turned off. Quick, efficient, professional service. The Best!! You can be assured you're getting quality service in a very timely manner. Seriously, you guys are top notch. Thank you for your knowledge and expertise. It's nice to know we have such great service in our community. Cheers! I've gotta go now....have a bunch of laundry to do. lol

    Stove Repair

    I was referred to call North Durham Appliance as I was experiencing a propane smell coming from our oven. I spoke to Kerri and she was amazing. Very open, honest, and acted quickly as it was an urgent request. Kevin the Gas tech came to our place within a couple of days and repaired the stove. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable & experienced. We felt very confident with his level of expertise especially because he was dealing with propane. I highly recommend this team. Great Job!!

    Refrigerator repair

    Excellent prompt and professional service repair by Kevin. This company is 100% reliable and trustworthy ! They are a local company located in Durham Region. I highly recommend this company for any appliance repair .

    Dishwasher Repair

    Problem with dishwasher not cleaning well. The repairman arrived on time, first thing in the morning and diagnosed and repaired the machine (filter plugged and chopper broken) within 15 minutes. Very well done!

    Noisy Dryer Repair

    Contacted North Durham Appliance when the squeaking and growling noise from my dryer graduated from occasional to intermittent. Kevin cane to inspect it within about 15 minutes of the time he said he'd be there. He lubed the bearing and the noise was gone. Prompt, efficient, and honest - no wonder their HomeStars rating is 10! Now my washer is on the fritz and at least I know who to call!

    Dryer fixed

    I called and spoke with Kerri who was amazing!!! I told her the issue and she explained what was likely the issue. She also said I would receive a call first thing in the morning to advise what time a technician would arrive. I received a call at 7:42 am and was advised a technician would be there between 10:30 and 11:00. Kevin arrived at 10:45!!! Exactly when he said!! Kevin replaced fixed my dryer, cleaned up after himself and left the area cleaner than when he found it! After a couple days of not being able to do laundry, you learn to appreciate a working dryer! North Durham Appliance was fast, efficient, polite, clean and priced fairly! I would NOT rely on anyone else to take care of my household appliances!!

    fixed broken part on kitchen aid fridge in Whitby

    I called Whirlpool and Ryley from North Durham appliance came and fixed the fridge with no problems. This company is very good and Ryley was courteous knowledgeable and polite! I would use this company again! Thank you

    Maytag gas dryer repair.

    North Durham Appliance was one of three local appliance repair companies I called. I left two messages for the first one which were not returned and North Durham retuned my call and booked me an appointment immediately before the last one returned my call. Their technician Ryley came out the very next day. He was polite, focussed and capable. He replaced a defective part, declined my offer of a coffee to get the job done quickly and charged me very reasonably for the part and the service. I would strongly recommend him and his company.
