Called Dr. Antenna, spoke directly with Chris and booked me in for the next day. Came on time as promised and he and his assistant took down an old 45 ft TV antenna in the backyard. The tower was down in an hour, cleaned up the site and took away all the scrap metal. No disposal to worry about! Chris and his assistant were friendly and took special precautions when working in the small space.

Christopher is rather pleasant and courteous. Came on time with an assistant. The 4 Bay Antenna was recommended by him to be the best one for our area (North Etobicoke). It was a cold, windy day but he didn't mind to climb up and down from the roof several times to adjust the antenna for the perfect position. Normally I have 13 channels but on a good day I can get 32 channels. The workmanship: I cannot judge something that I have no idea. Just see the photos attached for your reference.

Chris did an amazing job removing my old antenna tower. He was able to come next day and was extremely knowledgeable and for a great price. Don't look anywhere else if you have an old antenna tower that needs removal.

We were concerned that our antenna had either damage or needed some sort of repair as we had lost a number of TV channels. Chris quickly diagnosed the issue - nothing to do with the antenna. We appreciated him showing us how to correctly update/program our TV. He is knowledgeable, cheerful and personable.

We called Dr.Antenna Christmas Eve as our antenna started to fall from the blizzard. He came a few days later, safely and securely removed the antenna. He took all the debris away and left us with nothing but peace of mind. Thank you!

Consumer Direct installed several windows in my home and made sure to work easily around my schedule. The initial consultation was very professional and the cost was very transparent. The installation crew was always on time and went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the results. My house is a bit older so some customization was required for the fitting, the company was more than happy to make sure everything was done properly and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company for your window installations.

I hired Dr. Antenna to remove my old TV antenna from the top of my tower and install my Starlink dish where the TV antenna used to be. He showed up at the time we agreed on and had the work done in about an hour. Everything looks great and the Starlink is working even better than before now that its above the tree line. Id recommend Dr. Antenna for anyone looking to have an antenna and/or tower removed.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! NEW ORILLIA COMPANY (WHOSE NAME IM NOT ALLOWED TO MENTION IN THIS REVIEW) This company provided extremely prompt, highly professional, service at a very fair price. The technician drove all the way from Orillia (in cottage traffic) to my house just north of Newmarket. He tightened 4 wing nuts holding my new antenna to the mast it was improperly mounted on. This work was necessitated by the horrible experience described below. AN UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DR ANTENNA Last September, I hired Dr. Antenna to remove a damaged antenna and rotor from my existing tower and install a new antenna and pre-amp. The total cost was $841.85. On November 7th, I emailed Dr. Antenna to advise that the antenna had rotated nearly 180 degrees and was now pointing north instead of south. Dr. Antenna responded that he would be in the area that week to correct the problem (likely loose bolts his helpers had missed). I wrote him again on November 15th. He never showed. Winter arrived so I waited until spring to remind him of my warranty claim. I wrote him on May 13th and received another promise that he failed to honour. All told, since May 13th, Ive written Dr. Antenna 5 times to get my antenna fixed. I finally told him I would find someone else and look to him to cover the costs, whatever they were. On June 1st, he responded: I dont think you have the time or the energy to take me to small claims court for this so its probably best if I just come and do it. Having heard nothing further, I hired the new Orillia company. They fixed my antenna on June 12th. Note to Dr. Antenna: I took the George Brown College Paralegal course shortly after I retired. I have the time, knowledge and energy to pursue this as a matter of principle. Your business ethics are atrocious!

If you need help getting your Starlink Internet setup and working in a heavily forested area, Dr. Antenna is the company for you! I live in a heavily forested area and unfortunately could just not get enough line of slight to the sky in order to properly setup my Starlink Internet. My first option was to start taking down trees, but i wanted to avoid this as much as possible. The only other option was a tower that could get above the tree line. The solution to my problem? Dr. Antenna! I would strongly recommend anyone in a similar situation consider working with the team from Dr. Antenna. For the following reasons: - Incredibly easy to work with team - Took all of my concerns into account - Effective communicators - Professional installation in under one day - NO Starlink disconnects whatsoever Dr. Antenna is clearly a professional and I would recommend this business to anyone who needs help with Starlink or help to put up a very tall tower. A side note - two young apprentices joined in on the install. It was nice to see Dr. Antenna training the next generation. There was no yelling or frustration from Dr. Antenna - just sound coaching and mentoring.

Great service. I called on a Monday, Chris came that evening to assess the job and gave a fair quote. Scheduled work for that same Wednesday and arrived despite inclement weather. Fast and efficient work, cleaned site before leaving. All round pleasant experience. Thank you.
