My experience with Patrick was incredible. He was referred to me by a mutal friend. He was very professional, punctual,knowledgealbe. Immeidately we build a rapoire becasue I discovred he was hoenst and very experienced in what he does.. He is a very hardworker and takes pride in what he does. When the job was completed I was very pleased with the results. I am now enjoying my new space and friends and family have now used Patrick to install their hardwoood flooring. I highly recommend him to anyone, becuase I know they will be satisfied with teh resuts. Thank you, Patrick and all the best in your business endeaavours!

Patrick loves what he does and it shows with the end product. He was not only punctual but also an incredibly hard worker. Day 1 he was at our place at 8.35 am and he left at 5pm. He listened to all of our concerns, addressed them and knew what we wanted without us having to go into a detailed explanation - for example: we did not want the floors too shiny but nor did we want them to look completely flat. Patrick knew what we wanted and on the last day, which happened to be the most important day where we could not be home Patrick delivered and OMG...we returned home later and it was a totally different home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Patrick, thank you for being so patient with us...so kind and thank you for knowing what we wanted. All I can say is Patrick delivered because he is experienced in his trade and he has the patience. It is NOT about the money for Patrick. He takes pride in his work and you see it when it is finished. He delivered stellar service with a smile. Againg, thank you Patrick. We would recommend Patrick to anyone. You would be crazy if you did not hire Patrick to refinish or install your floors. James and Loretta :)

I had the 3.25" Vintage Solid Sawn Tigerwood installed in the living/dining room and 2 bedrooms of my condo. There are people who research things to death, and then there's me, who always takes it one step further just to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. I chose Patrick after conducting lengthy interviews with a total of 8 hardwood floor installers, who were already narrowed down from an even longer list of contractors. Patrick stood out from the rest, not only in his tremendously fair pricing, but his artistic eye and problem solving skills. It was clear that he had quality experience. He made excellent suggestions and never made a big decision in the installation process without consulting me first. He was trustworthy, thoughtful, ethical, and never compromised when it came to getting the right materials. For example, I was originally thinking of doing the installation using the glue-down method, which is significantly more expensive than the floating method. Patrick talked me out of it in the hopes of saving me some money. He weighed the pros and cons of each method and in the end, I decided that floating was sufficient for my needs, since I also purchased a very solidly built cork underlay. Patrick brought several different shoe mouldings for me to choose, given the style of my condo, and all I can say is I wouldn’t have been able to pick the perfect one without his help. He also found the perfect t-moulding to bridge the height gap between the master bedroom and tiled bathroom. After everything set, it looked like there was practically no transition at all! He also went to several different warehouses to make sure he got the hardwood flooring at the lowest price possible, and then passed on those savings to me. He even showed me his debit card receipt, and I only paid how much he paid the manufacturer. The amount of square footage of materials I had to purchase was already less than what other installers had quoted. On top of that, I ended up with 3 EXTRA BOXES of hardwood flooring! Vintage refused to take them back, but Patrick didn’t want me to be stuck with them such that he graciously offered to buy them off of me, and refunded me the amount of the 3 boxes! Patrick is an outstanding human being. I can honestly say that he is the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. His helpers were great too. They were hard-working and always arrived 100% prepared. The job took exactly how long he said it would and he made sure that all of the garbage was cleaned up before he left. His craftsmanship is superb and his prices are even better. If I could give him a score higher than 10/10, I would. Call Patrick now! You will not regret it!

This is the third time that we have had hardwood flooring installed by Patrick. He does an exceptional job and really knows what he's doing. Patrick is professional, personable, and efficient. His work is excellent and the floors look amazing. His pricing is fair and he always goes above and beyond our expectations. He cleaned up completely after having finished and took all garbage away. We have recommended Patrick to several other people who have used him as well, and everyone has had the same experience with him as we have. Patrick met our expectations and more. He installed our hardwood floors flawlessly. He was very reliable, efficient and affordable. He made sure we were 100% satisfied. I recommend him. He was one of the best trades person I have ever dealt with, a lot of other trades people can learn a lot from Patrick.

This company did amazing work with our flooring. They used good quality tiles and they did great work. They were affordable in price and out floors looked amazing afterward. I would highly reccoment them.

Patrick and his team were true professionals. Not only was the job done in record time but he also cleaned up the entire workplace and took away the carpet and underpad. Once they were done it was like they were never there except that I had the perfect floors!!! Would recommend him and will be calling Patrick when I'm ready for my upper floor.

Patrick was recommended by a friend. He arrived when scheduled and provide a very reasonable, fair estimate and followed up on time. His crew arrived on time to start the job and completed it while we were away on vacation. He managed to repair areas of the floor that had been warped by water damage. The job looked great and we were very satisfied. great to work with!

Patrick and his crew came and laid some hardwood in our house on three different occasions. Every time they have been here they have arrived on time or earlier and worked nonstop until the job was finished, even staying late to finish up as to not inconvenience us the next day.
