    Installing kitchen and dining lights

    Flexibility - willing to come in the evening or weekend, excellent job - the lights look great - good advice on where to install them, polite, and they cleaned up nicely after themselves. I would use them again and recommend them.

    Installing track, art lighting, dimmer

    A condo neighbour told me about Hot Electric, said Martin Cyr had done a good job for her and was very pleasant to work with. When I called, Paul Hardiman, co-owner, told me it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to my project and set a date on which he'd call. He called on the day he said he would and set up an appointment later in the week. He called ahead on that day to ask if he could come a bit earlier. I found Paul to be exceptionally congenial and considerate. He got to work right away, installed the electrical elements, made sure the switch plate was level and took time to angle the two halogen art lights he'd installed to ensure they'd light my two paintings to advantage. I couldn't be happier with the service!

    Basement, Kitchen Renovations

    We had our basement renovated to have an extra bathroom, living area and bed room. As well our kitchen upstairs had a closet removed to give us more space. We needed all new electrical wiring in the basement and the existing wiring and alarm system wiring rerouted in the kitchen. I was very happy to have Tristan from Hot Electric as subcontractors doing all the electrical work. Tristan was always on time and kept the work area clean. The project wasn't a large renovation, but it was great to see the amount of care and attention that Tristan paid to getting the electrical work done right. Almost no project goes get completed without complications. When there was, communication with Tristan was was very good and the issues rectified quickly. I highly recommend Hot Electric for your electrical repairs!!! Thanks for the excellent job done!

    installed bathroom fan w/light and new light fixture and laundry room pot lights

    My project manager referred Hot Electric to me in early July 2012. I wanted upgrades done in my bathroom which consisted of installing a quiet fan with a light, a new light fixture above the vanity and two new pot lights in the laundry room. On July 24th Tristan was here on time, brought everything he needed to complete the jobs and was helpful with my decision making of where to place the pot lights. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

    Install under cabinet pucklights 2 projects

    I used Hotelectric to install undercabinet pucklights with dimmer switches on two different projects. They both turned out great. They were very efficient, polite, and did the work for less than they had quoted. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Adding an outlet ,wiring , surge protector ..

    I contacted them based on my neighbor's recommendation. They were excellent. They are among those good companies which will be successful and will expand very soon. The reason I believe is really simple: They believe in what they do and they plane for a long lasting business.

    Upgraded ballasts, bulbs, receptacles and exit signs

    I freely endorse Hot Electric. When they did work in our complex, they were prompt ,polite ,and very neat & tidy in their work. I certainly recommend them when you want a job done well.

    Rewire

    This is service I appreciate. During the construction phase of building sleepingbagstudios in Abbotsford - a place for any level of musician to come and record something they can be proud of - I talked to Paul to set up an appointment after finding them on the internet. First impressions are huge with me, and the level of customer service was incredible. Paul was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and asked great questions about what we were going to require to make sleepingbagstudios come true. This same day as my testimonial here, I had my service from Hot Eletric. I had the representative Martin arrive to fix up the studio. Again - customer service is OUTSTANDING with this company. Martin is the exactly what you would want on your own company's front line. He listens, he understands your concerns, and he gets the job done professionally and quickly. I'm rambling I know. But like I said, I just got everything I needed for my studio to be flawlessly up and running and ready to rock n roll. Who wouldn't be excited? Thanks Hot Electric. Jeremy Gladstone

    Restaurant Renovation - Lighting, Wiring Devices Upgraded, Kitchen Wiring Upgraded

    Tristan & Paul from Hot Electric provided excellent support with commendable professionalism. From initial assessment, throughout installation, fittings to final show, Hot Electric exceeded my expectations with excellent timing & products. They can count me in as their customer in future.

    Installed Chandelier, Security Lighting & Motion Sensors

    I wanted to upgrade the security at my home so I called the guys at Hot Electric and I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. Tristan and Martin came on time and set up drop clothes in my home so there was no mess. They installed high quality motion sensors around my home. They even patched the hole they had to cut to run the wires for me. I am extremely happy with the work that was done at my home. Thanks guys.
