I had a bed bug scare in my home, called Mohammad in the late afternoon and he came that night. After a thorough inspection it turned out we had carpet beetles, which was much easier to deal with and a great relief. Thanks Mohammad for your professional and detailed service. Muhammad is a very courteous, kind, gentle person. I called him to come and check for infestation, which he did the very next day. When he saw that my elderly parents couldn’t be accommodated in another room he cancelled all his appointments for the afternoon and treated the problem. He is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the whole process. He came very highly recommended and I recommend him very highly too. I am so grateful to him for his kindness and expertise.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Muhammed. When I discovered that I had a problem, Muhammed’s response time was very quick. Muhammed is qualified, knowledgeable and very compassionate. This was very stressful for me to begin with but having a fear for bugs made it that much more stressful. I can't recommend Muhammad highly enough. After we had confirmation that a hotel we'd just stayed in found bedbugs in the room we'd slept in, and suffering bites upon arriving home, we were panicked. Muhammad replied to my call immediately, and came at the end of his long day on Friday to inspect our house. The inspection was unimaginably thorough. After taking apart our bed piece by piece, he eventually found ONE bedbug in a tiny bolt hole. He assured us that we'd caught this just in time, but proceeded to inspect the entire house. He was kind, empathetic, intelligent and unbelievably knowledgable about bedbugs - an entomologist, who explained all in great detail. He shared that he is passionate about his work and it shows. We felt enormously lucky and grateful to have found him. I am confident that most companies would not have found this bug, it was very well hidden. Thank you Muhammad. Muhammad is an concerned, kind empathetic gentleman who knows his business. My husband is in a wheelchair and no other company would treat the chair, as well as the rest of the house. He was thorough, and had been back 4 times to check and confirm that the pests are gone. People kept saying he was taking advantage, but I disagree, he was worth every penny and we are bedbug free!

Muhammad answered our call around 1am when we discovered bed bugs. He came in the following day to review thoroughly and assess the issue. Exactly the following day he provided the full treatment and it was thorough, I estimate roughly full 10-12 hrs of work. He answered all our questions. Though the price is a bit on the high side it comes with a long warranty and also unlimited amount of questions you can answer him and he is always fast in responding. I was having a nightmare of a bedbug situation for about three months after staying in a Toronto hotel. I’d previously had another bedbug company come in and take a look and tell me 100% I didn’t have any bedbugs. Meanwhile, I was getting weird bites that would swell up significantly the next day! I went through tons of (midnight) research about carpet beetles, allergies, mites, etc. I took apart my bed, laundered everything tons of times, threw out my rug. We had a major infestation of bed bugs in one Room - had another company treated first but with shoddy work , it spread to other rooms. We called PSS Muhammad, and he came right away spent 2 hours and analysed the situation in 4 Bedrooms, cordoned off the one with major infestation. He came an spent about 8 hours, meticulously searching and using his special instruments to check every corner of the room including electrical outlets, the bed screws etc , all the bags and clothes and treated them to COMPLE TE EXTINCTION OF THE BED BUGS AND THEIR EGGS. He also treated another room that was 'accidentally infested' by the previous Company shoddy work , without our knowledge. He also went thru the two other rooms, and the Main Floor area to check for any spread of the bed bugs. He changed all our bedcovers and placed the special bed bug covers in 3 Bedrooms. He also placed special 'Bed bug Coasters' for the Bedpost legs in all our 4 bedrooms - which are designed to prevent the bed bugs from crawling up the bedposts. The Bed bug 'Coasters' are nice and fancy. He also placed special Bed Bug traps to check if any were 'left over' . He came back two weeks later to check on the traps and the 'Bed Bugh . Coasters - and none were found. He is very polite and prompt and efficient and showed us the before and after treatment results. He then came back a week later to check. His truck has small font at the back of the truck advertising his company not large fonts as other companies advertisement - ensuring neighbours do not get worried about our problem - OVERALL EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE .

We feel what sets him apart is that he is an entomologist and has a true passion for his work. Being an entomologist he has a strong understanding of insects and their behavior. In addition to this, he has a lot of experience in the industry. Muhammad was quick to return our calls and was able to do the inspection the next day. He did a thorough inspection and we were relieved when he told us there was no issue. He is a patient and calm person and will take the time to answer all the questions you have. As others have mentioned, half the battle with bed bugs is the mental aspect. Muhammad takes the time to help you understand the behavior of bed bugs and the situation which, in turn, helps to put your mind at ease. He explained to us that in the city, it's entirely possible to bring home a stray. In contrast, if you listen to people online, they will tell you a single bed bug is the end of the world.
