    Pest Control

    Had a bed bug scare in my daughter's bedroom. Contacted Muhammad who came the same day. Was very knowledgeable and I was impressed by the care and time he took to investigate every room. Problem solved had beetles which was easier to address. I would recommend him for any future bug problem. Thank you again Muhammad for your detailed service and resolution!!!

    Knowledgeable and thorough

    Muhammed is very detail oriented and very knowledgeable. He immediately set our minds at ease that he would be able to solve our bedbug problem. Within a few days he had remediate then problem without us having to throw out half our belongings. He inspects before treating your home so that he only treats the areas that are affected. Our home has been bug-free since his treatment. He has come back to check twice when I’ve had slight concerns even though he was confident in his work. He understands that peace of mind takes time and did not brush off my concerns.

    Bed bug infestation removal - awesomely done!

    Muhammed was very professional, calm and helped us get through the removal of a bad bed bug infestation. He did a thorough inspection, before and after the treatment and helped save some mattresses and furniture. We have been bed bug free since past 6 months now, thanks to the thorough treatment done by Muhammed! He is extremely hard working and helped us get through short timelines with the full treatment! Very pleased, and highly recommend!

    Bed bug problem solved

    Muhammad’s work was timely, professional, and effective. He was very courteous and is definitely an expert in his field. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the process to me. His work was expensive, however I felt it was worth the cost to get the job done right.

    Came to inspect bed bug found

    Muhammad came in to inspect my tenant’s condo. She found a bed bug in her bedroom and captured it. He came right away and it turned out it was a male bedbug and he said that we don’t need to do anything further. When she suspected more bugs he came back again to check and found nothing. He was correct and so helpful in the situation! This is my second time having him help me. I would recommend him for any problems regarding bed bugs.

    The very best!!

    I've had multiple experiences working with Muhammad, due to a pest situation at work as well at 2 other pest issues at my parents' house. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable (he is an entomologist!), he is also thorough, patient, and kind. He is not someone who will come and just spray. He took his time inspecting, did not see an infestation and left traps to monitor the situation with other strategies recommended. This worked out really well and we were able to avoid unnecessary exposure to toxins. As for my parents' house, he has been very helpful and we are seeing improvements. Unlike other pest control companies I've worked with who comes and do their job and call it a day, Muhammad follows up with you to ensure the problem is eradicated. I cannot recommend this man enough and plan to use his services again if needed in the future!

    Very thorough!

    Muhammed was very professional and thorough in the inspection of my home. I had been getting bites for a few months and was convinced it was bed bugs. He examined my mattress and bed frame, inside my closets and drawers and along the edges of the walls - anywhere a bed bug might hide. He did not find any evidence of bed bugs but continued to check over other key areas in the house just to be sure. I was worried that perhaps it was a newer infestation which is why he couldn’t find anything but he assured me this was not the case. He explained in a lot of detail about the life cycle of a bed bug and all the different kinds of evidence he would have found. I had done some much searching on the internet before this and heard so many conflicting things. It was very reassuring to get this explanation from a knowledgeable professional. I can not speak to what the extermination services would be like, but based on my experience with the investigation I’m sure they would be excellent. In terms of what was biting me? Muhammed explained some other options as to what it could be, his best guess is an allergy of some sort, possible to dust or my laundry detergent. He gave me some strategies on how to reduce exposure to dust and some proactive tips to avoiding any future infestations.

    Bed bugs

    We found a bed bug in our apartment and Muhammad did a great job of making sure we did not have an infestation. He took some time to explain everything we needed to do and have been bed bug free ever sine. I would gladly recommend Pest Solutions Service to anyone looking for a professional and honest service!

    Pest Removal Expert!!

    After calling in a K-9 unit and paying several hundreds of dollars, I was told that there were absolutely no bed bugs in our home. When my daughter continued to have bites on her body, I called Pest Solution Services (and I am so beyond thankful I did). Within moments of Muhammad arriving in our home, he immediately detected not only bed bugs but also a carpet beetle infestation. He was extremely thorough with very strong attention to detail not only in his initial inspection and treatment, but also in every single follow-up visit afterwards. Muhammad is patient, extremely professional and also extremely knowledgeable not only in regards to pests, but also in terms of the psychological effects pests can have on us. Part of the treatment cost included protective equipment for our mattresses and furniture which was greatly appreciated, and Muhammad took his time to explain the best way to protect our home and belongings moving forward. If you are looking to treat pests or suspect pests in your home, there is absolutely no one else you should call! My family and I would rate Muhammad 11/10 stars if we could!

    Bed bug expert

    Mohammed was very efficient and his service was incredibly effective, not to forgot very knowledgeable. My husband and I had recently moved to a new condo and were unaware of the horrible bed bug infestation until my husband had bites from head to toe. I googled “best exterminator in Toronto” and he was the first to pop up. It was 1am and he answered! He confirmed with the picture I had taken of a bug I found that it was in fact bed bugs. After coordinating with my landlord Mohammed was here within 24 hours for a consultation. Within a week he had cleaned everything! To top it off he’s continued with follows ups and checks ups. He ensures we feel safe and answers all questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone! Thank you for your great service.
