    Bed Bug infestation

    I contacted Mohammad after reading the reviews on Home Stars. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. Mohammad was very professional and took the time to answer my questions and educate me on bed bugs. He was very thorough in his initial inspection of the house and presented me with different options on how to deal with the situation. The work was done in a timely manner and he did a follow up inspection. I would not hesitate to use him again (hopefully don't have to) or to recommend him to anyone else.

    Took the stress out of a stressful situation!

    Found out about Mr. Muhammad and his services through this site and after reading through his steller reviews I felt confident contacting him to help me with my bed bug infestation. He took his time when inspecting my basment apartment and confirmed that I did indeed have bed bugs. Mr. Muhammad is a educated professional in his field and it shows in his work. I saved alot of money, other company's would have tried to take advantage of my stressful situation. His number will always be saved in my phone because I would recommend him to any of my family and friends if they need his services.

    Bed Bugs Removal

    Bed Bugs can be an emotional time for any family and to help relieve that stress and anxiety you want to know that you are in good hands. Muhammad did an excellent job from start to finish. Not only was he professional, he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend you give Muhammad a call and when you do, you’ll be in good hands.

    Bed Bug Inspection

    Muhammad is awesome! My son came back from University with a sample in a baggie of a bug he had found on his bed. Turns out, it was a bed bug! After a thorough inspection of our home which was bug free, Muhammad agreed to inspect my son's apartment in another city to see how bad the infestation was. He was the only one we trusted at this point to do a thorough inspection and confirm what needed to be done. He could see how upsetting it was to find BBs in my son's rental unit and yet he kept us calm and laid out detailed a plan for what needed to be done. Thank you Muhammad for your knowledge, wisdom, professionalism and kindness. Without question, I recommend Muhammed for any bug/pest problem that you might experience.

    Inspection for Bed Bugs

    We recommend Muhammed Akram unreservedly to inspect for bed bugs. He responds quickly and courteously to requests. On site, he conducts a methodical, thorough inspection, and provides a clear and honest explanation of his findings. Muhammed is a knowledgeable entomologist and thus is able to identify and differentiate amongst the various small insects that, usually unbeknownst to us, share our homes. His expertise certainly put our minds at ease.

    I thought I had bed bugs

    I woke up with 3 bites on my body and looked up on the Internet and immediately thought it was bed bugs. I called Mohammed and he told me on the phone he was sure it was not bed bugs. I said I still wanted him to come to verify. He lifted my mattress and he said: Do you see these? It was carpet beetle larvae. All we had to do was to vacuum. I was hysterical about the whole thing because I am a neat freak. Mohammed could have told me anything. He is super honest My friend called 2 other companies and lost thousands of dollars. Mohammed came and solved their problem.

    Outstanding Service

    My wife had a bedbug bite and we could not believe it is bed bug. One mid-night we figured it out and i was looking for various services and found Mohammed (pest solution services) based on the home star review. While talking to him, he was bit expensive compared to others but i rather wanted to good services and piece of mind. I later realized he does more than the amount we pay. For us it is burden of getting rid of the bugs... My wife allergic to these bugs! Mohammed is the best guy for this service and one cannot think of anyone else. He follow up and make sure the bugs are gone. I have not seen anyone like mohammed who is very dedicated/sincere to the work. He will come with the Vehicle that does not display the name. I really like it. I don't want any of my neighbour to panic. I will recommend Mohammed for the best of his outstanding services. He is expert and uses different methods to get rid of those bugs. Keep up the good work Mohammed. If i have option of rate his service more than 10, i would do so!

    Great Service and Follow up!

    Muhammad from BEDBUG 101 was fantastic! I discovered bedbugs in my son's room and was really stressed. I searched online for a company and after talking to a few companies I decided to go with his company. I liked what he had to say as well as the reviews. Muhammad arrived at my home the next day at the time he said he would. He was very reassuring and thorough in his handling of the situation. He told me exactly what to do to get rid of the bugs we had and how to prevent them from coming back. This was a situation where he could have easily taken advantage of my fear but he didn't. It has been five months now and Muhammad has checked back in with us a few times to see if all is well. Thank you so much! Pam (Etobicoke)

    Potential bed bug scare - reassurance

    I would like to add my voice to the many people who were impressed with Mohammed and his wonderful service. Someone in our house recently brought items in from a rental unit that has bed bugs. When I found a bug under my covers I went into panic mode. I called Mohammed in the morning and he was at our house that afternoon. After thoroughly searching the beds and looking at the bug that was found in my bed we were relieved to hear it was a false alarm. The bug was not a bed bug, it likely came from drying our sheets on the outdoor clothesline. It was reassuring to have Mohammed explain how he could detect bed bugs and that we did not have them. He spent a lot of time answering all of our questions and gave advice to the person whose rental unit has the bed bugs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He put on a disposable "suit" to protect us from contracting bed bugs from any of his other clients. He did this in the house so neighbours did not see this and wonder what was "wrong" with our house. I would highly recommend this company.

    Bugs in the house - and then relief

    This is the first time I have ever written an online review and it is because Muhammad and his service deserves a great review. I read previous reviews and decided to call him to look at our house. I was convinced we had bed bugs and was ready to do what was needed to get rid of them. Muhammad came by and did a thorough inspection and informed me that my fears were unwarranted: what I thought was a bed bug problem was actually carpet beetles. To be completely honest, he could have sold me on an expensive bed bug treatment and I would have gone for it without hesitation. Instead he to told me to de-clutter, clean up dust etc and sold me some mattress covers that would help with the beetles and their larvae (used for bed bugs as well). He showed me how the shedding of the beetles resembled bed bug shedding but that in fact they weren't bed bugs. I am very happy that I called Muhammad and was completely impressed by his service, knowledge, honesty - and of course his generally warm and friendly demeanour. I called other exterminators and they call offered some BS over the phone. This man knows what he is talking about (he has real and obvious scientific knowledge) and is honest. To say I highly recommend Muhammad would be an understatement. Great service from a great person. Thank you so much. Do yourself a favour and call Muhammad if you have a problem with bugs in the house!
