Let me start by saying how impressed I am with Mohammed's knowledge, patience, compassion and how he is at your service at any time of the day answering questions (literally at any given hour) We called Mohammed on a Sunday morning after explaining our situation and how stressed I was he came the same day ( on his day off by the way) within hours, he did an inspection and confirmed our fear, he was pretty through was his job and in the end we were lucky to only have it contained to one room, he gave us suggestions on how to deal with our problem ( mostly throwing out some furniture to avoid a treatment that was he felt was not necessary) there was alot of cleaning and organizing involved but he said that would be the extent of it. That he would not just charge us for something that wasn't needed. We purchased some intercepters and he told us to keep an eye on them. He then would text to check how things were going at least once a week, it is nice knowing he doesn't just come and go he actually cares.Thank you Mohummed This is an update after a month of Mohammed services, I texted Him with fear that we had possibly found baby bed bugs in our intercepters if you are going through this or have gone through this you understand how it feels to find them again!! It was late night and of course I text Mohammed and sent him pictures for him to see, he quickly responded back and after viewing the picture he confidently assured me that they were not bed bugs but that they were baby ants, we'll Mohammed can sense that I was unsettled and to ease my mind he came the next day, he literally showed us the different bugs and compared them to educate us and assure us that we were bed bug free! let me tell you his knowledge is exceptional even showed us under a magnified glass to show us the difference in the body structures. I mean he didn't have to drive all the way here but he did and that meant alot to us. I hope we are never in need of his services again but rest assured that if you ever want a professional and want it done right he is definitely the person you want on your side! Muhammed's knowledge, calm and practices are based on years of experience and training as an entomologist. The latter is cruicial in how he treats the removal of bed bugs. After experiencing bites on my arms, I called him with a captured photo of the critter and was told it was a carpet beetle. His honesty sets him apart from so many who just want to make $$. The bites persisted and I called him again. He came to the house for an inspection and confirmed their presence in the living room and bedroom. It is speculated that the source was the living room given the amount of infestation and spread to the master bedroom. My husband and eldest daughter did not have/notice bites but my youngest and I did have bites. I was particularly impacted by them (arms, neck, back, face). He gave me step by step procedures to eradicated them, including the removal of the area carpets, an old sofa and an infested bed frame. My efforts were insufficient as the bites persisted but less in frequency. At my wits end - losing sleep, and productivity at work, I called him again and he treated the living and bedrooms. He was on the ground fully suited, masked and with razor sharp eyes looking for signs of them (eggs, casings, fecal matter, live young and adult bugs). He called in to check up. A week later, Muhammed came back at my insistence that I suspected a few lingering since we saw one on the sofa. On the third visit he checked the interceptors we bought at the first visit (a must purchase, along with the bed matteress covers - pay for your sanity) and saw two dead and two live bugs caught. His knowledge is scientifically sound and his practices are based on research - look up Dr. Susan Jones, Ohio State university. Muhammed is golden and a great service to folks experiencing this challenge. He is also incredibly patient, calm, kind and encouraging. You will not be disappointed - he is the real deal. We had a bad infestation of bed bugs a few months ago.We had no clue we had them as my husband and I felt no bites and had no reactions. When I figured out what we had to my horror I checked this site and because Muhammad had such excellent reviews I called him. We live in an apartment building and management would have called their own company but I figured they would be the cheapest so I had no faith in their services and I wanted them gone asap.. It was worth every penny as Muhammad is an expert and takes pride in his knowledge and work. My boyfriend and I have recently had a unique experience with bed bugs. A few months ago we moved into a main floor of an older home, with other tenants living above us. It took a few weeks for us to figure out that we had a bed bug problem, especially because my boyfriend had no bites at all and so we assumed it was mosquito bites or an allergic reaction that only I was having. It wasn't until we woke up in the middle of the night to find a few of the bugs crawling on the wall above our bed and on our pillows that we knew we had a problem. We were shocked to find out about how bed bugs live and function! It was a terrible experience considering this was the first time my boyfriend and I had lived together but Muhammad made us feel right at ease and we both felt as though we could immediately trust him. He steam treated our whole unit on the Monday and we could tell he was very thorough, organized and careful with our belongings. Throughout the entire process Muhammad has been so attentive and patient, checking in with us regularly, coming by for follow-up inspections and making himself available anytime we noticed an issue (he is flexible and will work according to your schedule). The process has been long as we've had to wait for our upstairs neighbours' unit to be taken care of as well but Muhammad has been with us the whole way through. Part of his services included giving us all the materials we needed in order to be proactive in the mean time, like equipping our house with interceptors for our furniture, covers for our mattress and various traps throughout the house. It is clear that Muhammad takes his job seriously and is passionate about helping others. Muhammad has been a great point of contact for us since we don't know our upstairs neighbours or what their experience with the bugs has been. We are on the tail end of our treatment process but the bites are gone and we are confident in Muhammad's customer service skills and ability to make our house and our lives pest free once again, so that we can enjoy our new home! We would 100% recommend Muhammad for any pest concerns that anyone might have - he is a true professional...my boyfriend even calls him "the bug whisperer!" We noticed bugs in our home in March of this year and upon realizing they were bed bugs, I called a few exterminators with high ratings. This was a Saturday afternoon and two of the companies never called me back. One told me there would be a $1000 flat rate for an inspection to determine if there was even a problem. Then, there was Mohammad. He answered the phone and very calmly asked me questions and listened to my descriptions. I was obviously feeling pretty panicky at this point. I have two young children and the idea of having our home infested and ultimately sprayed with toxic chemicals was really stressful. Mohammad came to visit that afternoon and did a very thorough inspection, wearing a full protective suit and shoe covers. He spent about 2 hours with us, showing where and how to look for the bugs and what to do next. He recommended a detailed treatment program, which mostly involved cleaning, vaccuming and laundry. We used bed bug interceptors under the beds and diatomaceous earth along the room perimeters. During the process I must have texted Mohammad a million questions and pictures and he was always patient and responsive. He also made a follow up visit to our home to see how the treatment was progressing. We are now bed bug free and I would absolutely recommend Mohammad to anyone with a bed bug problem. In the summer of 2016 we had company at our house for an extended period of time. After they left and our children moved back into their room, we noticed that they were getting bites. I assumed wrongly since it was summer that maybe it was some mosquito or fly bite. When the weather cooled off they still seemed to be bothered by this. The bites were on their hand, arms, legs, face, and neck. At the same time my husband had a case of the shingles the doctor thought maybe the girls got the chicken pox, but it didn't look quite like that. I started googling this challenge we were having and to my horror I though it might be bed bugs. We took the sheets off my daughter's bed and found a few. There was a relief in finding this and horror at the same time. I began trying to find companies that dealt with this problem on the Internet. Most companies had a treatment plan and cost before even coming here to see. When I found Home Stars and Muhammed - I decided to phone him based on the reviews. He set up an appointment to come see us that night. He was very thorough in going through things with us room by room. His attention to detail was amazing. We only had bedbugs in one room, and he told us step by step what his recommendation were for solving the problem. The problem was solved until this past spring. We went away and upon coming home that first night I got bit by what looked like a bed bug. Because of the precautionary measures of mattress covers and interceptors on the legs of the bed, we discovered we had come in contact with a bed bugs somewhere on out trip. I started noticing what I thought were bites on my upper arm. Two days later, I had "bites" on my neck and upper back. The next day I had similar patterned "bites" on my other arm. It suddenly occurred to me that my husband had returned from a holiday with his mother only one week previous and that perhaps he had brought bed bugs home with him. Of course, the inevitable panic ensued. I called one company and spoke to a receptionist who did not ask very many questions and said they could send someone out to check. Because I was panicking and because they advertise bed bug sniffing dogs, I asked her to send the dog, because I hadn't seen any evidence, other than the hives on my body and I knew we had to be in the early stages and hoped that if there were any bed bugs, the dog would surely sniff them out. The pest control company gave me very little information as to what I should do to prepare for the visit and I was feeling a little lost. Anyway, the dog came the next day and did not find anything. The handler showed me that he was able to detect bed bugs because she had a small vial of dead specimens that she used to keep reminding him what he was looking for and he would react when he smelled the vial, so that made me think he knew what he was doing. She did find evidence behind my headboard, however, of carpet beetles. I never knew that was what that tiny bug was. She told me to vaccum the headboard and the mattress and that was it. In the meantime, I had called Mohammed at Pest Solution Services, to be a second opinion in case bed bugs were found. After she found the carpet beetles I called Mohammed and told him that I didn't need his services because the case was closed. He was very courteous about it. Well, the next morning my husband woke up with three bites on his stomach. I freaked out and called Mohammed again. He knew that I would! He came a few hours later on a Saturday. He told us to just leave our bedding and our bedroom exactly the way we had gotten out of bed that morning. When he came, he donned a disposable "hazmat" suit and booties and wore a mask. That reassured me that he took our situation seriously. I remembered that the lady with the dog had not done so... He examined the headboard, but of course I had already vacuumed it. He examined the mattress, but that too had been vacuumed. We lifted the mattress off and he examined the underside of the bedspring. He said it was "heavily infested" with carpet beetles. I have never been so ashamed of my housekeeping skills. Apparently, carpet beetles live off of organic matter found in dust bunnies, fabric, wool, etc. Now I knew why so many of my clothes had tiny holes. I thought they were moth holes. Mohammed spent two hours giving us detailed instructions on how to treat the matter without chemicals. Just basic good housekeeping practices. Then he went out to his truck and got us some supplies such as mattress encasements for our mattress and the bed spring. We vacuumed and he helped us wipe down our bedframe and helped us put the encasements on. He was diligent about making sure everything fit properly. He made us feel as though he was doing this for his own home. He honestly cared. He is a university graduate of Entomology and he was very thorough in explaining the life cycle and behaviour of carpet beetles. He explained that we hadn't actually been bitten by the beetles because they do not feed on humans, but rather we had reacted to the tiny, microscopic hairs on the beetles which I did not know was "a thing". I cannot recommend this exceptional company enough. Oh, and Mohammed answers the phone himself, so you don't have to deal with an uncaring receptionist or phone service. He asked me so many questions on the phone, that I knew immediately he knew what he was doing. He is a true professional. If you are worried about any infestation in your home, call this company first!!!

He is reassuring, incredibly thorough and imbues confidence that the problem will be eradicated. He returned, after the treatment, to my house 3 times as a cautious measure.
