Muhammed is extremely professional and understands the sensitivity most people face once they find out they have bed bugs. He came over ASAP and did a complete investigation of my entire home to ensure that the infestation was isolated while charging a minimal fee (which was later applied to the treatment process) that you will not find anywhere else. He gave me clear instructions and protocols to follow to prepare my bedroom for treatment. He is very knowledgeable about their habits and hiding spots and gives you numerous options to consider based on your level of infestation and price point. I was really happy that he was extremely honest and doesn't try to trick you or upsell items you do not need; he does not take advantage of your emotions and fears which is rare! For example, upon initial investigation he suspected that my situation was quite severe but after disposing of my mattress and furniture he told me that they were all in the wood and that I would only need one basic treatment. He taught me a lot about preventative techniques that me and my family now live by. His aftercare support is amazing too! He came 2 weeks later to investigate my entire home again and consistently checked up on the situation for 4 weeks after. I was bed bug free right after his one and only treatment. Mohammed is the best of the best and I'm so glad I chose him. He calms your nerves and does a thorough job all while being very discrete. There's no one better to put your trust into, he really is a true expert!

Mohammed is most trustworthy and instills confidence through his thorough walkthrough and explanation. He is knowledgeable and very patient in his work. We were going to eliminate bed bugs ourselves. Researched on Internet for many days, spent 1000$ on steamer and Hepa vacuum cleaner and much more on other items.... Then We thought it trough and realized that bed bags are exceptionally difficult to eradicate it is a very clever bug! Thanks to All the detailed reviews above we were convinced he is our Guy we called Muhammad, he came the next Day and did treatment 2 days later. Only when we saw what it takes to eradicate them we realized that we stood NO CHANCE doing it ourselves. Muhammad thinks like a bed bug he is Soooo knowledgable due to his experience and specific eduction. He truly teams up with us explained everything and worked for 2 Full days last day till 11:30 pm because he is exceptionally focused, thorough,reliable, punctual, dedicated, organized and very caring. he truly understands what all of us going through! We left him alone - no distractions and came back to a bug free home. he is a real Deal , registered, insured, provides written guarantee and takes pride in his work! yes he deservly charges for his work , by hiring him we actually saved a lot of money. There is no way an average person will succeed on their own. we are now very aware of this fact. We are so lucky to have found such a special person who happened to be bed bug genius ! I would highly recommend Muhammas. I had used Forest Pest Control prior to using Muhammad with no good rsults, a big waste of time and money. Muhammad finaaly helped me solve the problem, and relieve the extremely stressful situation of having bed bugs. Muhammad is very professional, knowledgeable and has a lot of patience in helping solving the problem, cannot be more happy.

After a bed bug scare the Pest Solution Services team walked me through the steps to figure out what we were actually dealing with. Turns out no bedbugs but we never would have known without the help from Pest Solutions. Responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough the entire assessment happened over the phone with photos and I'll definitely be calling Pest Solution Services again if we have any pest problems.

There is no doubt that Mohammad knows his stuff. I spent weeks trying to find what i suspected to be bed bugs. After many hours of internet research and a 45 minute inspection of the box spring I found one. Once I found one I wanted a professional to come and verify that I had in fact found a bed bug. Mohammad came in and did an inspection and within about 10 minutes he was able to find one adult bed bug and a couple of nymphs. My worst fear had begun. He continued to inspect other areas of the house but that's all we were able to find. We were unable to find any evidence of bed bugs elsewhere. Mohammad was very polite sympathetic. I did not use Mohammad to treat my bed bugs however. While I am very confident that Mohammad was capable of performing the divorce of these little critters, his hourly rate was in line with that of a divorce lawyer (he doesn't charge hourly but i did ask how long the job would take). I could not justify the cost for what i was very confident was a very minor infestation especially given we were only able to find one adult bed bug that being said there was likely more but evidence of them was virtually non existent. I know more than i ever want to know about these little critters. Its worthwhile noting that a large majority of the effort in treating them is the responsibility of the home owner. My preparation for treatment was at least 20 hours. Mohammad claimed he would take approximately 6 hours for his portion of the treatment. While I could find someone to treat them for 1/10th the cost of mohammad, I wouldn't trust them. That being said, I was able to find someone less than 1/3rd the price and have been bed bug free for a few months. I do regular inspections and have not had any bites! Having Bed Bugs is extremely emotional. When people are in this state of mind there are always people willing to take advantage of the situation. I almost hired Mohammad but I just couldn't justify his price. I am glad I trusted my instinct and saved myself over $1200. I noticed someone else quoted he charged $450 which I would have been more than happy to hire him for. His quote was 4 times this for 1 bedroom. *Note even the cost of his inspection is more than double what many others charge but given his knowledge perhaps he's worth it. **As a follow up to Muhammads response to my review. I own a house, not a condo. My home is not rented to AirBnB. You inspected other rooms and found 0 evidence. The master bedroom was the only room where we found one adult and some newborn nymphs. Your quote of $1800 plus the $200 inspection I already paid you was exorbitant for a minor infestation for 1 bedroom. I pleaded and attempted to negotiate with you to no avail. If anything you deserve less stars for gouging.

Finding that I had bedbugs was never something I thought was ever going to happen to me!! when it did, this past fall I was horrified!!! After wasting some time working with one company and trying to stay away from spraying my entire house, I found Mohammed on line. He came highly recommended and was available to visit my house a day after I spoke to him on the phone. If you've got a bed bug situation in your home look no further.. Muhammad is the guy to call.. Not only does his treatment services work.. But as others have mentioned he is honest!!! We had suspected bed bugs in our home.. Luckily it was just in the basement.. But Muhammad could have taken advantage of my paranoia by simply saying we had to treat the whole house.. And I would have said okay do what you have to do... Be willing to put in the work tho.. Just like most other Pest Control companies... You will have to bag everything up such as clothing and complete what seems like endless amount of laundry... Vacuuming.. Etc.. But Muhammad literally goes through everything and I mean everything when treating the room.. He had combed through each crevice and crack.. Pages of books.. Pictures etc.. He does follow up calls and visits.. To this day he still answers my questions when I shoot him a paranoid text.. He truly was a God send... Seriously people.. look no further... We paid 1200 which 200 was the consultation... We also got the inceptors and Matress covers which we spent another 2 to 300

Let me start by saying, what great service I received from Muhamed. He came out did his investigation and revealed the bad news. Bed bugs! I was horrified! He came out 2 days later, performed the treatment. I cannot begin to explain how relieved I was. All I can say it was worth the cost. If you want to get rid of bed bugs then call Muhamed.
