Excellent service. Muhammed was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Most importantly he quickly removed our bedbugs without any issues. He answered all questions, and give us piece of mind. I would recommend his service to anyone.

We were very disappointed in the service of another company recommended by the Management company of our building. A friend had told us about Pest Solutions and that they had used Muhammad with great results in the past. Muhammad showed up the same day we contacted him. He spent a lot of time inspecting and when he was done he said that it would take two days of his various procedures to get rid of the Bed bugs. He spend the next 2 days doing his thing and has come back 2 more times to check. We are Bedbug free!! This gentleman is very knowledgeable and explains things well. If you ever have Bed bugs, he is the guy to call.

We called up Pest Solution Service when our tenants found there were some black dots appeared on their linens and sofa. They suspected those could be the sign of bedbug invasion. Even though we never had any case of bedbug in our apartment building in the past, I insisted to have a professional pest service for investigation asap. Muhammad answered my called immediately once I called and he came for visiting the rental unit the next morning. It was very impressed to see him working as a forensic scientist going thru every inches of bedframes and mattresses in details. Within an hour of visual checking and proven evidence with testing swaps, he had concluded report to me that there were no bedbug existed and my tenants were simply paranoid! Muhammad also gave me lession 101 on site to learn how to identify and prevent the bedbug if there is any in the future. He even offer me some sample of pheromones traps if in doubt whether there is any bedbug around. He was truly a scientist not a sale person in nature. My husband and I noticed bugs on our headboard a couple days before Christmas. We were frustrated and very anxious with this discovery. The next day, we found Muhammad on the HomeStars website. He was highly rated and there were so many great reviews on his services so we decided to give him a call. That same day, he agreed to asses our home. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. After Muhammad assessed our home, he explained everything truthfully and answered all our questions. We began to feel our anxiety lessen as he assured us he could help. From that first meeting, we agreed to work with Muhammad as a team to resolve our bed bug situation. He gave us a list of things to do in preparation before he performed the treatment process. He also educated us on ways to prevent bugs from entering our home again. We felt Muhammad truly wanted to help us. He aknowledged the stress we were feeling and continued to reassure us that we could live in a bug-free home again. He made himself available to us via phone or email whenever we had questions or concerns. On the treatment day, he was able to save our infested headboard. At first, we were going to get rid of it because the thought of using an infested headboard was out of the question. But because it was an expensive headboard and we loved the style, Muhammad said he'll try to save it, and he did. To this day, we check our headboard to make sure that it's bug- free before we sleep and so far, we haven't seen one bug. We had one occurrence where we found a bug under our mattress during one of our follow up meetings with Muhammad. After he assessed the bug, he explained to us that we had brought the bug in most likely from my workplace or a family member's home. Since then, we've implemented preventative measures Muhammad encouraged us to practice, and we haven't seen a bug since. Overall, Muhammad and his services is amazing! He's reliable, truthful, very knowledgable, genuinely wants to help, and most importantly he ensures a 110% bug-free home. We recommend Muhammad without a doubt!

On a Saturday evening we found the bed bugs in our guest bedroom. Feeling panicked, my first stop was to search Homestars where I came across all the good reviews for PSS which are well deserved. Mohammed answered my call and calmly took my information and kindly squeezed our inspection in the next day. He is on time, thorough, and clearly understands bed bugs. After carefully checking of our whole house, he made recommendations that ensured only the area that required professional treatment was done to save us money. Clear instructions were provided by him on how to deal with other rooms that were low risk for infestation and could be taken care of by us. It has been two weeks and Mohammed's check up concluded that we are all clear. We are breathing a big sigh of relief and feel reassured that we are bed bug free!

Mohammed was extremely diligent and responsive to our small bedbug problem. Despite the fact that we were able to get rid of the bugs in a relatively short time frame with Mohammed's help, it was an extremely stressful experience for our family due to the shame, physical discomfort and anxiety. We were in excellent hands with Mohammed- he is very knowledgeable and experienced and knew just what to suggest and we are now bug free and having restful sleeps. Muhammad was recommended by a friend. He answered all our phone calls, came when we needed him and found the bug in one piece of furniture and no where else. He advised that we did NOT need to spray and while we were nervous about this, he was right. We still convinced him to sell us traps etc. (he didn't feel they were necessary and didn't want to sell us stuff we didn't need). He was so honest, knowledgable and professional. Muhammad arrived at the house later that evening and was very discreet, which maybe important to some as this isn't something you want the whole neighborhood to know. His truck was unmarked and non-discript. He performed a very thorough inspection and was able to find some eggs and confirm our fears. Luckily, through his many years of experience and knowledge on this subject, Muhammad was able to determine that we didn't not have a full blown infestation and that the bugs seemed to be isolated to one room, and more specifically just our bed frame. At no point did Muhammad ever try to sell us on services we didn't need, in fact the advice he gave us was the cheapest possible route we could have gone. With his advice we threw out or bed frame and got a new one that same night. We purchased a high-quality mattress cover from him, as well as interceptors that sit underneath the legs of the bed. He was confident that by doing this we would be rid of the bugs. It's been a little over two weeks since Muhammad came by and we haven't woken up with any bites since! He has even messaged me checking in to see how things are going. We cannot recommend Muhammad enough if you think you have bed bugs.

He meticulously combed through every item and fiber of my home, and treated only what was necessary. After the first treatment my bed bugs were no more, yet he regularly checked in with me over months, made several follow-up visits and was available and responsive anytime I had questions.
