I started waking up in the morning with bites around July. 22, and after a couple nights of inspecting my bed sheets, I found a bed bug at the bottom of my bed on Aug. 8 at 1:30 AM. I was so anxious I looked up for bed bugs services immediately, and ended up calling Muhammad at 3:00 AM in order to learn about his hours of service and leave a voice mail. Astonishingly, he picked up the phone at 3:00 AM, discussed my case, and booked me for an inspection for the same evening. In the end, we booked a treatment for Aug. 14. On that day, Muhammed worked tirelessly between 11 am - 8 pm. It turns out that I only had 2 bed bugs, no eggs or female, and yet, Muhammad didn't use any shortcuts. I saw him pull apart my sofa and my bed, checking every nook and cranny, every piece from the bed slates to the sofa legs, and I can confirm that he not only knows what he's doing but also does it very scrupulously. I haven't had any bites since his inspection on Aug. 9. Muhammad was thorough, patient, and professional on both visits (inspection and treatment). He was very easy to get in touch with, and would communicate by email/text to confirm scheduling (instead of making you wait idly at home, wondering what's going on). I would highly recommend his services.

The bed bugs started in one bedroom, nested, and within a year spread to the second bedroom. Within three days, Mohammed killed all of them. He doesn't just spray, he inspects every square millimeter. We had to cut away the bottom foot of wall in the bedroom infected first, and he showed me all the eggs behind the wall! Yikes!! He then comes back for several visits after the job is complete to double-check that everything is gone. Highly recommended! - I have to post an update. It's been around 6 months now, and still not one sign of a bed bug. That's why you need to use Mohammed. Just incredible, and we're so happy!

About two months ago, I discovered I had mysterious bites on my thigh and stomach area in a linear pattern. After seeing a doctor, I was told they could be anything including bed bugs. I then became horrified at the thought that I might have bed bugs in my home. After investigating on my own, I was still unsure as to whether there was reason for concern or not. The bites on my body were still there and they looked very much like bed bug bites. I called several companies, one which came out and was ready to treat my house at the tune of over $1500, without being able to show me any real proof of bed bugs. I was completely deflated and at a loss as to what to do next, until Muhammad came to inspect the situation. Muhammad was not only professional and courteous, he took the time to explain and teach me all I needed to know about these nasty critters. After patiently educating me, he explained to me that the bugs I found in and around by bed were carpet beetles and not bed bugs. He further educated me on what to do to get rid of these little pests and eradicated all my fears. I thank Muhammad for his honestly and professionalism. He didn't try selling me a treatment I did not need. Instead he charged me for his time inspecting the site and I purchased a bed bug cover from him for future protection. I had acquired several mysterious bites, first on my neck. Large itchy welts, I went to the Dr. - he advised they might be due to some form of infection (3 bite areas had merged into one large angry-looking swollen patch) and put me on a strong 7-day antibiotic. Also gave me a Tetanus shot, and noted the swollen patch area could also be Shingles, and for me to be followed up within 24h. Anyhow, Hydrocortisone cream brought the swollen bite areas under control in a couple days. Then over the next week more bites appeared on my back, upper arms & forearms, wrists, legs & feet. Internet research showed my bites looked like classic bedbug bites, so I called a bedbug 'experts' company (who, by the way are rated 10/10 here on Homestars). They arrived and did not find any bugs nor any minute shred of evidence in any bed, bedroom, or living room area furniture, and declared my house 'bedbug free' and 'you do not have any bedbugs here, guaranteed'. The next day I sustained 6 new bites, so desperate and completely freaked out all over again, I called the 'experts' company again - they said they would honour their 'guarantee', and would call me back to arrange a 2nd inspection. They never did call back, even after I left a 2nd message 8 hours later politely asking if they could arrange to come and that ANY day or time is good. Feeling abandoned, I went back on Homestars and saw Pest Solution Services/Bedbugs 101, and that the owner Muhammad is an Entomologist, and that his company attended the global bedbug conference in 2015 in Colorado. I called straight away after reading those details. Muhammad arrived and took his time diligently inspecting the same areas the 'experts' company did. He found several very small spots of bedbug feces (blood deposits), on the underneath wooden frame of the couch, and subsequently two live bedbugs hiding in one section of one couch (in between the velcro that holds the fabric to the couch frame). The small bugs found were only a week or so old, so at least one pregnant female was also present. We followed Muhammad's instructions, and used the 'interceptor' furniture leg devices he sold to us which gave substantial peace of mind through being able to monitor whether there were any bugs were still present. Muhammad also eased my concerns such as 'could they be in my car? at my friend's house I visited? on my chair at work?, hiding in my shoes? the front door mat? within the walls?, etc.. We've been bedbug free ever since (almost 2 months now), and are so totally relieved. Thank goodness for Muhammad from Pest Solution Services/Bedbugs 101, for tackling the issue and giving us our lives back. I especially appreciated his integrity, since the bugs were eradicated through simple steps, and we avoided having our house unnecessarily treated and the associated high cost to do so.

Upon reading the many positive reviews here, we decided to give Muhammad a call. He found time to do an inspection the very next day, where he was very thorough and answered any questions we had. Due to one bedroom being particularly bad, and the infestation starting to spread, we asked Muhammad to start the treatment as soon as he could. He came back and did the treatment as well as a follow-up a few days later in order to ensure there were no issues. Overall, I would recommend Muhammad and Pest Solution Services to anyone as their kind, honest and dedicated approach was exactly what we hoped for.
