We had bedbugs and not knowing what to do I posted on fb asking if anyone could recommend a pest control place. I called him and he was able to come after a few other appointments later that day. He helped us get set up and gave us a lot of advice. He was great and very helpful.

Used Pest Solutions after we noticed bug bites and saw 1 in our bedroom. Muhammad was a pleasure to work with. Easy to communicate with and always accessible. He explained in detail the problem and did a very thorough job. Two weeks after the treatment I noticed another bite and Muhammad didn't hesitate to come back and check again. I initially contacted Pest Control Services because of the reviews on HomeStars. I have to agree that the reports of professionalism and thoroughness are correct. First Muhammad found concrete evidence of bedbugs, then he continued his inspection to see how extensive the infestation was. When he returned to remove the pest, I was amazed at the amount of work he did to make sure that no bedbugs remained. I was also impressed by Muhammad's post-cleaning follow-up. He did a couple inspections within a few weeks of the treatment and contacted us several times to make sure everything was still okay. He was very patient when we contacted him with questions and concerns. Muhammad takes an integrated approach to pest control. This involves education and prevention. Therefore, you can expect to do some homework if Muhammad finds that you need his help. In our case, this included removing clothes and bedding from the area and heating them long enough to remove any bedbugs. It also required us to do some decluttering. It was worth the effort. We are now bedbug free and we hope to remain so by following Muhammad's advice.

Muhammad is the best. He is extremely smart and explained everything to us about bed bugs. I called him because of the reviews on this site, and trust me they are correct. The service was pricey but the infestation was really bad... we're talking thousands of bed bugs here. My father wanted to call a "friend" who knew a thing or two about bed bugs but I didn't feel comfortable with that, so I googled "bed bug exterminator" and Muhammad was the first one recommended. Our bed bug infestation began in my brother's room. 3 out of the 4 members in my family didn't react to the bites. Once the bed bugs got into my room I started to react to the bites. For me the bites were like mosquito bites, they would get swollen, red and itchy. I realized I couldn't have gotten bit by a mosquito at the end of March/early April, so I decided to investigate on my own. I couldn't find any bed bugs on my mattresses so I didn't think anything of the bite. The following night, I got up to use the bathroom and found a bud bug on top of my right foot!! I flicked it off and stared at it for a while, in disbelief. I called Muhammad the next day and he came out as soon as he could. He inspected every crack and crevice in our bedrooms. Luckily the infestation was only in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms and only on the second floor. His method is ethical and thorough. He even inspected our family room to make sure the bugs didn't spread onto the first floor. After the treatment, he has checked up on us many times and given us bed bug detectors and bed bug catchers. We can finally sleep without fear. Bed bugs suck.

Towards the end of March, I started waking up with very itchy bites. At first I didn't think much of it. But every 5 or 6 days, I would have another batch of bites. My reaction to them was pretty severe. My colleague used Muhammad's services a couple of years. When I got the 4th batch of bites, I called him immediately. I had been given the names of other service providers but I decided to go with Muhammad because of his knowledge and experience. It turns out that I only had one bed bug (a male). We flushed him, and I've been bug free ever since. He didn't take advantage of the situation -- that is, he didn't try to push extravagant, expensive treatments. In fact, it was the total opposite. All I needed to do was wash a few linens, throw out my bed skirt, and buy a couple of covers for my mattress and box spring. Hopefully you won't need Mohammad's services, but if you do, I highly recommend him. After our daughter and I developed a rash that resembled that of bed bug bites, we brought in company that said they found a single bed bug in one of our beds. We wanted another opinion prior to incurring the cost and stress of bed bug removal. Mohammad came promptly and did a thorough investigation of our home. He said that there were no bed bugs. He provided us with protective mattress covers to ensure that we do not get bed bugs in the future. He saved us a lot of money, time and stress. He was clean, trust worthy, thorough and professional.

Muhammad is good. We had a tenant who left a gift for us. It wasn't discovered until the next tenant came in. Our extermination took a bit longer, but with Muhammad's expertise, he helped us understand the problem and understand that it would take an integrated approach where everyone had to pitch in to get rid of all those little buggers. He called to follow up and he came back a couple of times to reassess and update us. Kind and well educated in his field. With a scientific background myself, I like his no evidence, no treat approach. I would call him again for bed bug needs... but hopefully, I won't have to!

This gentleman is the so kind and patient in educating me in terms of dealing with bed bugs, I had a one bed bug incident and got so paranoid. This guy came in and checked every single corner, unlike other companies that just want to sell you the final killing solution, this guy was so honest to us , it was just a one time incident . He comforted us sooo much without eagerness of selling is the treatment which in this case wasn't necessary. Great service, nice guy.
