Mohammed was always quick in responding to the calls and doing the job. He responded immediately always and answered all questions. He calmed down my fears by explaining the process. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, he used various methods depending on the affected areas. We were able to sleep at home after the treatment (no smells) The job was done a month ago with 2 additional check up visits. No bed bugs found a month after the treatment. We have a bed bugs infestation in one bedroom and it spread to other rooms. it was only with Mohammad's help that we can safely terminate the problem. It's expensive. But it's done. Muhammad is only a one man team. So be ready to chip in and help yourself (such as moving furniture and packing the stuffs). Luckily we were home most of the time, so we have people to help during the day. Muhammad also offer advice on change of life style to avoid future occurrences. I am SO THANKFUL we called him, there are no words to express my gratitude. He is the most ethical, most intelligent person in the entire industry, of that I am sure. When you call him, you will get a diagnosis by a true scientist, and then a relevant treatment plan--my 'bites' were even misdiagnosed by a dermatologist, but over the phone Muhammed said he didn't think it was bedbugs, and he was right. He will not treat until he knows what the problem is. My Aunt is elderly and has some cognitive impairment. She had a severe case of bed bugs and after heat treatment from another company they came back with a vengeance. A week ago we found a small insect that resembled a bed bug on the bed, so we called muhammad to come and see if he could find any other traces. He came on time and was quick to diagnose the problem. We were lucky that we only had one male bed bug. Since there were no more signs of any eggs or insects anywhere else he gave us the all clear.
