Mohammed is the best! We were not sure we had a bed bug problem and this fine gentleman came over the same day we called. He came in and discovered the problem and simply solved it. Mr. Muhammad was curtious, friendly, respectful, clean, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. When I found a bug in my bed my life felt like it was blowing up. I was washing things over and over. Washing things with bleach, checking the bed, couldn't sleep, I was going mentally insane. Muhammad came into my life and with him came education, reason, and best of all my sanity. The very first thing he said after hello was that he is a scientist first, and he was hear to educate me. I was crying and in tears from the stress and he just melted it away. He showed me how lucky I was, I only had one to two bugs, showed and explained the evidence behind his findings, and showed me films and pictures of what a big problem was. He went through and inspected all the areas that I was concerned about. Showed me university web sites with academic accredited information about bed bugs. The whole time explaining that I didn't need to spend thousands and thousands of dollars the way other pest companies made me feel. He fixed the problem and gave me peace of mind. He also took care of future prevention. Ethical, honest, smart, kind, efficient, hard working are some of the words I would describe Muhammad. Would very much recommend.

To be honest I was a little put off by Muhammad at first. When I called he would not give me a quote on how much he would charge to treat the bed bugs. He just kept saying he has to inspect the home first. I thought this might be a ploy to get more money as every other company was quick to offer the cost of fumigating. But as I thought about it - an inspection seemed like the right first step. This is a rare trait.

We still take precautions and have encasements on all our mattresses, pillows and traps under the bed legs as well as vacuuming regularly with a Miele (seriously, the best product I have ever owned).
