i would like to start my review by first and foremost giving our utmost THANKS to Mr.Muhammad Akram - he truly gave us our lives back!!! about 2mths ago me and my bf of 10yrs finally took the step to move in together! after just 3 weeks in our cozy world of happiness, i started to notice some red bumps and itchiness around them. Having moved into a new place and during the summer season i naturally assumed they were mosquito bites and somehow they would get in through the meshed windows at nite while we were sleeping (i know, duh right??). After a few nites with the windows shut, it was clear the bites had to be coming from somewhere else...boy was i ever right!! and boy this was the one time in my life i wish i hadn't been right!! Needless to say, i FREAKED OUT!! jumped on the web and started pounding down on the keys trying to find HELP! luckily i found Mr Muhammad Akram and it was like Jesus himself had sent our savior!! the day i called him in a frantic panic he was calm, soothing, he really took the initiative and helped me get a grip! he came to see us right away and did a run thru inspection and we were definitely infested...just how bad, we didnt know... yet!!! at first we tried to let our property management handle it - as we are renters it was advised that we should do so. BIG MISTAKE!!! not only did they do a half a** job but they made it worse!!! and that was enough for me! i called Muhammad right away and told him that the infestation had not gone away and that it may have gotten worse, he had no hesitation to come and inspect our place again and re-confirm our worst fears....we were in fact still infested...and it looked bad!! Instant devastation took hold of my insides and the look on my face...lets just say, it was almost like a death had occurred. But Muhammad being himself, assured us that everything would be fine and he would take care of us - and wow did he ever! He treated our place using his special equipment and incomparable skills and tackled our problem head on! so thorough and meticulous...he really did an excellent job!!! there are not enough GREAT things i can say about Muhammad but what i do know for sure 100% is his passion for helping people and that to me above all the outstanding things i can say about Muhammad is what always came through on his visits with us - he truly just wanted to make us happy and he did! i am FOREVER grateful to you Muhammad, for everything you did for us and teaching us what to do and not do going forward!!

Muhammad was great to work with. He was prompt in returning my calls and quick to make an consultation appointment. Within 24 hrs. of diagnosing the problem he was back to perform the treatment. I would recommend him to anyone with a pest problem!

I can't say enough about Muhammad and his prompt, professional service. He drove all the way to Guelph the day we called him and he determined there were no bed bugs in our house. So refreshing to meet such a gentleman.

Mr Muhammed was terrific. He was courteous and professional. He put my mind at ease from the moment we spoke on the phone the first time. He showed up when he said he was going to show up and he would call when he said he was going to call. That is very important and just common courtesy. What set Mr Akram apart from everybody else was his calm and gentle manner. Everybody I called before Mr Akram said that the only way to get rid of the bed bug situation was to heat my entire house to a really high temperature. Mr Akram said that this was not necessary. Mr Akram was very reassuring and thoughtful during the whole removal process. He explained everything he did in detail and put my mind at ease during this very stressful situation. We discovered that people we know have bed bugs and visit us regularly and we found what we thought were bed bug skin shedding's in a bed. I contacted Mr. Akram and we discussed the concerns and he came for an inspection the same day promptly. Mr. Akram completed an inspection and found no evidence of bed bugs currently. He suggested that we may want to take precautionary measures by purchasing bed encasement covers and bed bug tents which we did and he also suggested to obviously be very careful of those visitors of ours. We found Mr. Akram to be a pure gentleman and kind soul being honest, caring, understanding and reassuring and he never exerted any pressure whatsoever. We highly recommend his services and his approach to this difficult situation.

We decided to contact Mr. Akram based on homestar reviews. When we called, Mr. Akram was willing to come out as soon as possible. He took the time to talk with us before doing the inspection to get an idea of why we felt concerned. He then carefully inspected any parts of our house that were of concern. He didn’t find any bed bugs, but instead found 1 carpet beetle larvae. Apparently some people have an allergic reaction to the carpet beetle that looks similar to bed bug bites. He gave us some instructions for precautions that we can take, and showed us many pictures of bedbugs so that we would know what to look for. He did not try to upsell us on anything. He just seemed genuinely concerned that our minds should be set at ease. We are so grateful to Mr. Akram for all of his help! We highly recommend Mr. Akram if you have any concerns about pests in your home.

Muhammad visited our apartment after we'd had a previous consult from a heating company. We had found one bug, on our mattress, and could not find evidence of anything else. The heating company wanted to charge a large sum of money and did a very weak inspection. After reading Muhammad's reviews, we felt that he was an honest inspector, not out to make a huge profit off the fear of clients - we were right! Muhammad came on the weekend and did a VERY thorough inspection. His knowledge of bed bugs and other insects was very evident. He showed us pictures of what an infestation looks like and assured us that we were fine. Luckily, we only had one bug and it was a male - so no eggs! Muhammad offered us great advice on how to ensure that we do not take one of these bugs home with us again. He also sold us mattress and box spring covers at a price that was better than what the stores around us offer. He helped us install them and also gave us traps to help ease our minds. Muhammad was kind and courteous. He also told us to call him with any questions we have in the future. We highly recommend his service.

I contacted Muhammad on an early morning and still sleeping hour but he answered the phone outrightly. He was so helpful and immediately scheduled his inspection. He has definitely help us get rid of the bedbug problem and now my family can sleep well and without worry of bedbug bites. He did a complete inspection of our home and found that 2 rooms was infested. The treatment was highly effective and reasonably priced. Muhammad is a good man who is calm and reassuring.
