When I suspected that we may have bed bugs in our home (my daughter and I had bites on our bodies), I decided to call Mr. Akram of PSS based on all the positive reviews from Homestar. Mr. Akram came 2 hours after my phone call for an inspection. He checked my bed, mattresses and box spring thoroughly and found evidence of bed bugs. He also did a check in my children's bedroom but found nothing. He then suggested that I have my bedroom treated but for the other 3 bedrooms, since there were no evidence of bed bugs, I just need to buy encasements for the mattresses and box springs (he had these in his truck). It has been 2 months since my room was treated and I have not gotten any bites. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Unfortunately, my daughter continued to get bites. When Mr. Akram came 14 days after he treated my bedroom for a follow up, he checked my daughter's room again but again found no evidence of bed bugs. Another 2 weeks later, however, I found beg bugs on the seam of the box spring encasement. I immediately called Mr. Akram and he came over right away to assess the situation and he treated my daughter's room as well. Three days after the treatment however, we found 3 more bed bugs on the box spring encasement. We notified Mr. Akram and he did another treatment. It has been 3 weeks since the second treatment and my daughter has not experience any bites. I was and still am really traumatized from the bed bug situation. I am very grateful for Mr. Akram and his service. He was always very punctual. He followed up with me frequently after the treatments and responded to my emails/text quickly. I really appreciated his professionalism and his calm mannerism, especially during the time I found the bed bugs in my daughter's room. We found Muhammad to be exactly what had been described online: thorough, thoughtful, and skilled. Muhammad responded quickly to our emails and dealt with our problem swiftly. Within 24hrs of our first phone call he was at our apartment. Before arriving, he informed us of what we should do to prepare for his inspection. Once at our home, he took the time to explain what he would look for; asked questions that helped him understand our lifestyle and how we may have come in contact with the bugs; and he also made suggestions for how to avoid bringing them home again. You never know what will happen when you hire a pest technician to take care of a problem. I got a call from my tenant saying that she was bitten by a bug. She had killed what looked to be a bedbug. I did a quick search on Homestars and found Pest Solution Services. I took a chance on hiring Muhammad and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about bedbugs, and pests in general. He is an entomologist by training. He asked a series of questions, did a thorough inspection, and found not evidence of anything more than the one bedbug that the tenant had killed. Based on the evidence, and on the fact that the tenant worked in a very public place, he determined, and rightly so (as it turned out), that the tenant had inadvertently brought the bedbug into her apartment from her work. Even after 4 weeks from his inspection, there were no more bites, or evidence of any more bugs. Muhammad was right. First let me say that Mohammad is a true professional and a blessed man. I contacted Moh after i had a company come in and spray. I panicked and regret not doing my research and reading these reviews prior. After the company came in and sprayed i wasnt satisfied so i contacted Moh to ask if he would come and inspect my house. He came the next day and spent over an hour in my room and reassured me that i was OK. I asked for some traps just for peace of mind. Please if you do get these pesky little things do yourself a favor and set your mind at ease, call Moh he will assure you what is going on and how to deal with these things. I cannot thank him enough!!!!!

Upon learning that we have a new born baby and a toddler, Muhammad showed up the morning after I called to inspect for bedbugs. He was very professional, thorough and reassuring. Muhammad inspected the entire house very carefully - instilling confidence in his work. After finding bedbugs only in the master bedroom, he only treated the one room. If you wanted a prompt, honest and professional service for bed bugs , then Muhammad Akram’s company “Pest Solutions Services” is the only one to contact. We found his web site by chance when searching for “reviews for bed bug treatment’ at 1am in the morning (other companies either did not have reviews or had very few that were not very positive). We e-mailed him and by the morning there was a prompt response –and by the evening he came and examined the room and gave us an estimate. Before leaving, he explained the life cycle of the bed bugs, and showed pictures where they could hide and reproduce to give us an idea of the magnitude of the problem and the required treatment. He was able to state by looking at one of the female bugs we found , that they had been in our bedroom for about a month - which was correct from the time we started getting the bites. We had used the off the counter bed dug powder and he explained we had overdone the job. He gave us the correct technique on how to 'finely spray' the powder - and that visible powder was dangerous for our lungs He came two days later and performed the treatment , exposing every area of the room, even the electrical outlets and within the bed railings etc. He even gave a quick check of our other rooms and our sofa in the Main Floor (where we had spent some time) and suggested we place Bed bug traps (which he had in his car) to see if there were any in our other rooms. He suggested we place special Bed Bug Bedcovers (an very reasonable price) to ensure any bugs left are trapped. He also instructed we ‘treat all the bedsheets/pillows etc with 30 mins of straight high heat drying in a clothes dryer. He spent over 6 hours in our one room He then came back 2 weeks later to check on the Traps and check if there were any signs of bugs. One of the traps had two bugs so he treated that room and checked our and other room again to ensure some had not come back again . It has been over one month and we have had safe environment. Everything the other reviewers said was true. M is a gentleman who was very accommodating to my schedule, came and did a thorough inspection, found no bugs, but provided good information, advice and excellent service. I was totally satisfied.

This was our second time dealing with bed bugs. I wish we had called Muhammad the first time. Last October we spent $3,000 on a full house heat treatment when the bugs were only ever found in our bedroom. Muhammad was very reassuring and put our minds at ease. He didn't try to create the fear that some of the other companies did. He explained that his treatment is specific to the infestation, and that he would only provide treatment if he found live bugs (which he did after a lengthy search). In our case, the infestation was caught very early so Muhammad only suggested we treat our master bedroom. He is meticulous, thorough and patient (spent the entire day in our master bedroom), all traits required when eradicating bugs that have spent centuries perfecting their ability to evade discovery. He showed us pictures of all the bugs he found and left us traps for the all the bedrooms to be sure the bugs weren't there. We woke up with many bites over 1 week and thought we had bedbugs. After calling one service, who said we did have them and would charge us $2500 for heat treatment, we decided to get a second opinion. I called Muhammad and he came over within a few hours. He did a complete investigation and concluded that there was no evidence of bedbugs. He was very knowledgable and took time to explain the behaviour and showed up pictures.
