I found Akram very professional and understanding.I would really recommend all my friends saw what other did not.He has a very sharp vision and his observation which is matchless.He is qute knowledgable and knows exactly what needs to be done to resolve the problem.I would say his price for his work is less as compare to effort and customer serivice he provides.He explains everything provides tips so that the problem does not arise again.one of the best service he offers that other may not is that he really follow ups with you. He is quite accessable and one you can count on I would give 10 star service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called Akram because I was afraid I had bed bugs. My skin was itchy and I was feeling biting sensations and, creepy crawly skin during the day and night, but did not have the mosquito bite usual markings on my skin. I also knew 2 famiy members that had a recent light and a heavy infestation of it and I did not want to wait for a heavy infestation! He answered my questions patiently and did a thorough inspection of both of the twin mattresses in my room and the dresser by the beds. He confirmed that I didn't have bed bugs. I definitely value his honesty as he could have easily preyed on my fears. I'm glad that he insists on treatment only if there is evidence of bed bugs. For me, it was the best $80 I spent for that peace of mind. As for biting sensations, I suspect it was psycological. I will continue to be vigilent over the next months and in the future because this issue is becoming so prevalent.

Akram performed the initial cleanup of eggs and treatment. He took the extra time going into every crack and crevice during his cleanup/preparation. Compared to my treatments by another company I was impressed with the difference. The preparation was very thorough and and I could tell a big difference after returning 24 hours after the treatment. I am feeling confident for the first time in months.

I was getting weird bites at night for almost 2 moths of the time and just a week before I found bedbugs in my bed! In total panic, I went online for home-made solutions, tried them and failed. I was living in nightmare!! I was spending sleepless nights and tried to call up few companies I found on homestars but couldn't find anyone who will answer all my questions. finally I called Akram on Tuesday and he was very prompt to answer my calls and emails. even though, he was answering all my questions, I thought it would be better to have him in for inspection evaluate the situation I'm in. (Luckily for me, he had an opening the day I start sending him massive emails with questions) He came over within 3 hrs! Extremely friendly, easy to talk to and yet very professional. he spent good hour inspecting my home (one bedroom condo) found the nesting area. while he was doing all these, I was still asking him a lot of questions and he answered them calmly with a smile! After inspection, we sat down to discuss the next action for me to take. even MORE questions on my part! By the end, he calmed me down, helped me to get over my panic attack, and actually made the situation manageable for me! Now I have him to come in for actual action to get rid of these pesky buggers on Thursday!! HIGHLY recommend even just for an inspection so you know what you're getting into! I can not thank him enough!

Pest Solution Services is who you want to call if you have bed bugs. They are thorough, helpful, and are dedicating to doing a good job as opposed to just making a profit. We originally hired a different exterminator who charged more and did A LOT less work. Not surprisingly, our problem came back. Pest Solution Services checked everything from the electrical outlets to the backs of paintings. They found the evidence without an expensive dog sniffer and spent much time treating our apartment. We haven't had any bites since their visit and we even get a second treatment after two weeks. There are some shady companies out there that prey on desperation. I would recommend Pest Solution Services to anyone who has an BB infestation problem on my boat. I was use another pest company but was not getting the desired results, which I feel is a result of not performing a through inspection from the beginning. I tried another company who also did not perform a thorough inspection either so my search continued. I finally tried pest solutions who did a thorough inspection that clearly identied the location of the nests and a good appoach to deal with the problem.

Akram from Pest Solution Services is the most knowledgeable person about insects I have ever met. He really know his stuff and therefore understands how the insects live/breed/infest and what to do about it. I called Akram because I was afraid that I had brought bed bugs back from a trip to China (I thought I had been bitten by bed bugs in a hotel there). At my home inspection, not only did Akram let me know that I do not have bed bugs, but he also explained that the bites I had in China (after looking at them) were not bed bug bites (probably fleas). Obviously I am delighted. I had him check out other bug problems that I have (ants/spiders/millipedes) and he gave me a comprehensive and clear course of action to follow. (He will be returning to do some spraying after I have completed some prep work). I was very impressed with Akram and would recommend him to anyone who wants an expert who will do the job right the first time.

I would absolutely recommend Pest Solution Services to anyone who has an infestation problem. Our son was being bitten at night, and we had no idea what it was. I called two companies, who were ready to spray for bed bugs the same day, at a high cost. Not feeling sure about this, I called PSS, as I had read that the owner was an entomologist, and I felt that his advice would be valid. Akram came immediately, inspected the home for almost two hours, and told me that I in fact did not have bed bugs. Upon my insistance he did spray our son's room, at a very reasonable cost. That evening, I saw bugs in another room, and fearing they were bed bugs, I called Akram in a panic. He came out right away, and found that because of our new patio doors, the bugs had come in from outside. I feel totally confident that Akram will be there right away if I have a problem. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and pleasant to work with. He is a pro, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
