I had a problem with carpenter ants nesting in my garage door frame. Akram came and identified where the ants' nest was and applied the treatment to exterminate the ants. He will coming back for a second treatment to make sure that the ants are gone once and for all. Akram is a true professional and ensures that the job is done properly.

Found bed bug issues in one of our rooms and that caused major concern since we have an infant in the house. Based on multiple reviews on homestars, we called up Akram at PSS. He was very prompt with his response, came by the same day and was extremely thorough in his check up. He was able to show us where the problems were and also dismiss our concerns regarding the bed bugs spreading through the house. He recommended a treatement plan and worked with us to ensure that the problems were sorted out. His instructions were clear and made sense and put us at ease. His courteous manner and obvious knowledge made him the right choice for us. Infact, we have already recommended him to another friend who mentioned having possible issues with bugs in his house.

We found that we had a bed bug problem that had become serious. For some reason the bugs were biting my wife and not me, so we thought perhaps she was allergic to something. As time passed and we looked for things she might be allergic to, the problem got worse and worse. Eventually we saw the bugs themselves. After searching homestars, we called PSS. Akram came by as scheduled, inspected all the rooms in our house, recommended that we throw our box spring and keep the rest of our furniture because it was treatable, recommended that he treat two rooms (we saw a bug in the living room too), did the treatment, came back about two weeks later for a follow up inspection and treatment. I was impressed by Akram's professionalism, expertise and thoroughness. He looked for and was able to spot the smallest signs of the bugs, and we really appreciated his follow up two weeks later to make sure the job was done well. We haven't seen any more live bed bugs not had any bites since then. Thanks Akram!

I have already written a review about Pest Solution Services. The company got rid of our bed bug problem after another exterminator failed...badly. This is a follow-up review. Tonight, I found what looked like (to me) a bed bug in my apt.. I freaked, thinking that the bed bugs had returned, and immediately called Akram, the brilliant entomologist who runs the business. It was 7pm but he still answered the phone and addressed my concern immediately. Before 9pm, he was at my door--the same night--to investigate. He took one looked at the bagged bug and laughed...it was a beetle. I am so thankful Akram came so quickly and put an end to my concerns. He also didn't even charge me for the visit. If you have pest problems--especially bed bug problems--this IS the service you want to go with...trust me. This isn't some big business run purely for profit; Akram truly cares about doing a professional, quality job and taking care of his clients.

we was getting weird bites at night for almost 1 moth, and then i called akram from best solution service he found bedbug in our 2 rooms. i will like 2 recommend every one to call Akram becouse of he's expeirience and paitent he;s realy realy nice guy ,,,,,,,,, without Akram i cant imaging what i will do ,but luckly i found the right man Akram he took more then 4 hrz in our unit to threat he's realy hard worker man Akram we want to thank you for your great work

Akram from Pest Solution Services is very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions completely. After a through inspection of the unit, he was able to show us two spots where there were bed bug eggs! He did two treatments and followed up with us after to see if we had any more problems. Bed bugs are horrible to deal with, but Akram’s manner, ability, and success has given me peace of mind.

After 2 treatments with another pest company, I was not pleased with the results. So I asked my sister who referred me to Akram from Pest Solution Services. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly without hesitation and with complete confidence. Akram was very knowledgeable and accomodating. I found a few bed bugs in my apartment so to resolve it quickly I called in Akram to resolve the issue. As soon as he entered he found tons more on my couches, which I had thoroughly checked before. Seeing how quickly he had found more and how well he seemed them calmed me down quite a lot. Since he sprayed we remain precautious but we have not seen any more. He is coming back for a follow up soon so hopefully we are bed bug free thanks to Akram. He is very knowlegable and personable, I recommend him highly.
