Hi All, To make it a short story I recommend AireOne to 100% for their product and and Installation service. A year ago I called AireOne seeking Thankless water heater. Spoke to Reception and she transferred me to sales department. Within few hours I received a call from an agent named PJ Brand. First question he asked was if i was in a contract with current provider. After following up yes i Was. Now after off contract with Reliance call PJ back he took my call and made a personal visit to my house. He took his time an explained all my options. As promised he said his Technician are well qualified and have experience for over 20 years. Mike (Older) and Mike (Younger) both performed this installed and i am amazed what a workmanship work they did. Very clean installation and we all are happy. Today I am putting this feedback as I see the result what i got from the service. I myself own IT service company and know what it takes customers to be happy. God Bless.

After spending countless hours and many dollars trying to navigate my always broken furnace, it was time to replace it. I decided to call Aireone in Mississauga. I explained my situation to the friendly receptionist and she actually had a sales guy at my house in about 45 mins. Working in Waterloo, and living in Mississauga makes appointments at home tough.Because it was minus 15 outside, the sales rep actually brought a space heater just in case. After a very comfortable presentation we decided to pull the trigger and buy a full system. We couldn't be happier, from the initial phone call, the sales appointment and no headache installation. We have heat, I have a warranty and the stress is gone. Thanks Aireone!

Never trust any service person here. Finding fake problems or inflating repair costs is what they do. Should have googled this company more beyond the google reviews.

my tennet called me today and had heard a loud bang coming from the furnace room, I called around and aireone had the best price was also available the quickest. I called at 9:45 am and explained the situation to them, they asked me a few simple question and informed me that they would have some one available between 12-2 pm and asked if anyone would be at home, luckily my tennet was at home all day today so we could have the issue looked at. the technician called me from the house and informed me that the the noise was actually the furnace filter banging around in the blower ( as I completely forgot to check last time I was ) and that he had checked over the rest of the furnace and did not find any major issues with it, which surprised me as it is at least 14-18 years old. he did tell me that it wouldn't hurt to start looking into a new furnace as this one wont last forever but said I don't have to rush it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their fast service and easy to deal with approach. and I will use them for my other rental properties in the future

Aire One installed a high efficiency Carrier gas furnace in our Toronto home about a year ago. The installation was done competently, but subsequently we started getting fault notices that indicated that the furnace was running hot. Each time a notice occurred, the furnace would shut down, requiring a manual reset. Aire One sent a technician many times to try to find the problem, replacing the gas regulator, limit switch, blower control board, blower, etc. The advice was to switch to a steam humidifier instead of the by-pass humidifier. I then called in a different company who sent someone who made a proper diagnosis, and fixed the problem. I assumed that a company the size of Aire One would send a competent technician to fix the problem, but they didn't, causing us significant inconvenience and additional cost.

After doing quite a bit of research and having several quotes from smaller independent contractors and two big ones (Reliance and Enercare/Direct Energy) I proceeded with Aire One for a new Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Humidifier, up grading from a 15 year old mid-efficiency furnace. This also included some duck work (boot & drop) which required upgrading. The installation was completed on January 2/2016 for my house which is approx. 3000 sq.ft. in North York. I went with the Carrier Performance model (variable-speed, two-stage high efficiency furnace model). The sales consultant (P.J. Sands) was honest, knowledgeable, and fair. He gave me several options from the top end models to the low end ones, thoroughly explaining all of the differences. The pricing was very competitive and I did not feel the sales pressure to sign immediately like I did with the other quotes. In fact I moved forward 2 weeks later and P.J. was more than happy to come back to my home to complete the paper work. He also explained the energy rebate programs that are currently available (all in $650 rebate I will receive). Ultimately I went with Aire One because of my trust with P.J. through the sales process and the comfort of going with a mid-large size contractor like Aire One who was still very competitive on price. The difference was approx. $2,000 for the exact same systems with Reliance & Enercare. Second, the installation was top notch. The two installers (Nazir & Hamid) gave me several options for the direct furnace vents on my outside wall (as I was concerned about the aesthetics) taking code requirements into account, as well as options for the new furnace location given the unique situation I had in my furnace room. Most importantly they listened to my concerns, gave me options, and addressed them. I watched them quite closely and these guys new what they were doing, experienced & professional. After the installation, they tested and explained how my new system worked, as well as a thorough clean-up. 11 days in and me and my family have already noticed the difference the new furnace & humidifier is making. I can’t comment on the air conditioner unit yet given it is January, but will post again in the spring when I use it for the first time however I don’t expect any issues given the professional installation. I would definitely refer Aire One to family & friends!

The original furnace in our home, 27 years old, required replacement. We had received a few estimates and thought we had made up our mind. My wife saw an ad in the paper for Aire One and decided to give them a call. What a great decision. The sales rep was at our home that evening, and discussed our heating and cooling needs. He showed us a great product that met our budget. The technicians installed the York units 3 days later. They were very courteous, clean and the installation went as expected. No surprises. The sales rep followed up a few days after the install and we explained we were extremely satisfied from start to finish and would definitely recommend Aire One to our friends. We are looking forward many years home comfort.

Aire one Mississauga accommodated the change in plan.. The installers were very good and clean. Most important, they were very well behaved and professional. They cleaned the whole place after installation. Will definitely recommend to others. PJ was the best sales person I met.

I had scheduled my maintenance for October 22, 2015, and the technician (James) showed up, as scheduled. I had been debating whether or not I should go for the installation of a humidifier and when I mentioned it to James, he explained fully, and clearly as to benefits of doing so. This was pertinent since I had recently had the house totally renovated (including oak floors throughout), and with James' guidance, my issues were all put to rest. As a result, I opted for the installation. James was also the installer, and explained to whole systemic running of the new humidifier. Given the winters that we have had, I a forever thankful to James for his guidance. Kudos to Aire One because I believe that good service comes from an employee who is comfortable with the company, and relays that on to the customer. Good work James, quick, clear, respectful, and confident in what he does.
