    Clay pipe replacement and back water valve installation

    We had a sewer backup in the laundry room. I called the owner Vitaliy who came by and scoped the pipes within 1 hour of the call. The clay pipes had tree roots and needed to be replaced. Master Drain & water works completed the work in the estimated time and the team was very clean and polite. Vitaliy installed the back water valve and worked with the city to get the permit and arrange for the inspector to come by. Thank you Vitaliy and team for making this work go so smoothly.

    Backwater Valve Installation

    I called Vitaliy and arranged an appointment for a backwater valve installation in my house to prevent flooding. My phone call was answered immediately (which I was very pleasantly surprised by, since most other contractors usually have an answering machine). Team arrived on time, evaluated the volume of work and a budget. The installation was done in one day quickly and efficiently, I was surprised that they even re-planted all the flowers in my front yard after installing the valve. In addition to all this, Vitaliy took care of all the paperwork with the city of Toronto, and answered any questions and concerns I had over the phone regarding the rebate process. Overall, I was extremely happy with the job and I highly recommend Master Drain & Water Works! This is a company you can trust and feel confident about .

    Plumbing

    Professional work done. Took care to cover areas being worked on and worked in. All permits required were taken care of by them and also the rebate paperwork. They also organized to have the city inspector come to the house and do final inspection. I was pleased with the work that was done. They came in and completed the job and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend them to do any sewer renovations or problems.

    Water service upgrade.

    Vitaly and his staff were great. The workers left a clean job site and came on time. I am a contractor and I will defiantly use their services again. Price was very fair.

    Water service

    Got referred from my cousin who had used this company for a water service upgrade , got done in a very professional manner I would recommend anyone with water pressure troubles to contact and get a quote

    Pipe Replacement

    Landry room floor drain backed up with, you don't want to know what. I call Vitaliy who assessed the situation that same day. He advised me it was a broken/collapsed pipe and it needed to be replaced. He was so helpful, professional and true to his word, as he came the next day and replaced the pipe. If I have any other plumbing issues I will be calling Vitaliy in the future. Thanks for everything!!!

    Sewer line change out

    Job was done within days of quote. The workers were courteous and informative as I asked a few questions. When the job was finished, everything was cleaned up and the following day Vitaliy Dymchuk came by and made sure I was happy with work. Very professional and i am glad I know a good reliable plumber.

    Main Water Drain Replacement & Back Water Valve instalation

    In my 64-year-old house I had original main water drain ceramic pipes damaged by roots of trees. To repair/replace it I found couple companies myself and one of my friends recommended me Vitaliy. First, Vitaliy beat all competitor's estimate prices. Second, his team was very organized and tolerant to all my questions, offers and inquiries. Third, work was made very professionally, in the scheduled time, without additional expenses, and I obtained a reasonable warranty for it. and last, I WILL recommend him and his company to all my friends.

    Basement Flooding Protection

    Vitaliy and his team did a great job with installing the back water valve in my basement. They were diligent and easy to get along with. They explained the process along the way and provided tips on how to maintain and keep the drain issue free. They kept the area clean and safe while working and cleaned up after themselves once they were done. I strongly recommend their services

    Main Water Drain Replacement

    Team did a great job replacing clay pipes after sewage backup. Team was very careful to protect house as much as possible. Work was completed in an extremely professional manner. Also replaced the lead pipe from city to property line. Answered all questions and explained all steps in detail. Would recommend Vitally and team.
