Installed backflow drain

Vitaliy and his crew did a fantastic job. We are new homeowners and they helped us understand the issue at hand as we live in an older house. It ended up being a larger job than we had anticipate however Vitaliy was able to explain what was a priority. Very professional and did a great job cleaning up after repair was completed.

I recently had a burst pipe emergency and called Master Drain & Water Works (Vitaliy and Vladimir) plumbers for help. They arrived very quickly the same day and efficiently replaced the damaged pipe. They also went above and beyond by inspecting the sewer main pipe with a camera to ensure there were no hidden issues. Their professionalism, expertise, and thoroughness were outstanding. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable plumber!

Job completed on time and Vitaly handled paper work with City Hall for rebate/grant for back water valve. This refund received very quickly once paperwork submitted. I had a drain in my basement under the concrete floor back up. They came the same day I called. Vitaliy and his employees found where the blockage was and started demolish. First however they put tarps down from the front door and down the basement stairs. They put plastic up around the work area. They dug up the area were the drain pipe broke and clean up all the concrete and debris and replaced the drain. They came back and cemented the floor and once again cleaned up everything. The price was reasonable and the work ethic was top notch. I would highly recommend them.

It is never a good thing when you are greeted with the smell of raw sewage in your rental suite. These guys are top rated for a reason. They were over in hours and diagnosed the problem as a collapsed/broken drain. This is normally where panic sets in... I operate a busy short-term rental. I needed to get this fixed in a very tight timeframe and be ready for a check-in in 48 hours. These guys got it done and my short-term rental guests were none the wiser.

We needed our sink unplugged and no one was available for days. They came quickly and did a solid job. In and out in a flash. Real professional and nice people. Highly recommended.
