    Basement drain inspection

    Vitaly and his team were very responsive when I called on a Saturday to inspect my basement drain. The water level of the catch appeared higher than normal and I wanted to make sure there was no blockage causing a back-up. Vitaly answered the phone personally and assured me that he would come by that evening. He was courteous at the door, removing his outdoor footwear. He performed a thorough inspection using his camera equipment, and explained to me exactly what was showing on the monitor. Although thankfully there was no problem to fix this time around, I wound not hesitate to call Master Drain & Water Works again in the future.

    Lead Water Service Pipe Replacement

    Vitaly was quick to come over and give me an estimate, which was the lowest of four. He took the time to clearly explain everything to me, answer my questions, and include me in the decision-making process (re: where pipes would run and holes dug). Vitaly also scheduled me in quickly. His team of Walters worked very hard all day into the evening until the work was complete with everything working properly. Master Drain definitely earned my confidence in their good work!

    Repair of Dislodged sewer pipe

    Our basement drain backed up in later evening and it was quite distressing to say the least. We called Master Drain and Vitale came immediately. He did a thorough diagnosis of the problem and found the problem was a dislodged sewer pipe outside. He unplugged the drain so we were able to use our water temporarily until the pipe was fixed. It was fixed by the next day and he suggested we put in a backwater valve that was rebated by the city of mississauga so this never happened again. He and his staff were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have already referred him to others as I had such an amazing experience.

    Back water valve

    Kitchen sink drain

    they have fixed my kitchen sink drain system. It was leaking very bad. we called the Danny came on time and did a fantastic work. we are thankful to the company for send a plumber so quick. And charge was also very reasonable.

    Damp proofing a basement

    Vitaly is the owner operator; he provided a detailed quote and guaranteed it. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. I was very happy with the work.

    Blocked Drain

    I called one morning with a blocked shower drain. Master Drain & Water Works was there within the hour. He determined that the problem was on the shower but the sink and the issue was resolved before lunch! Great job.

    backflow water valve

    Got a backflow water valve installed. very pleased. Vitaliy promptly came over to the house and was easy to talk to. no pressure sales pitch. work was done professionally and cleanly and very satisfied. will gladly use Vitaliy again for future projects.

    Installed new water line and snaked some drains

    I have used Vitality and his team over many years. He is reliable, courteous, performs professionally, and cleans up after the work is done. I highly recommend him for any drain issues.

    Catch Basins

    PCWC had a serious problem with two catch basins for a long time. we had our parking lot flooding whenever it rains. I search the web for a plumber and found Master Drain and Water Works they came did a major job have all the works done and we are very happy satisfied. Way to go Master Drain job well done.
