    Plumbing

    Master Drain & Water Works was the first to respond to my request for a quotation and his rates were very reasonable. He had his crew at my house quickly and finished the work quickly without any hassles. He installed a backwater valve too, completed all of the paperwork, and submitted the application to the City. I recommended him to a friend just recently and his experience with Master Drain & Water Works was the same - excellent!

    underground water pipe replacement

    We had old 1/2" lead main water pipe with very low water pressure in the house. We hired Vitaliy and crew to upgrade the pipe to city standard of 3/4". They did an absolutely incredible job. The work spanned two days and included digging up our front loan and underground construction needed to build a tunnel for the new pipe. The work was very organized using tarps and sheets to keep pathways and furniture. By 6pm the first day, when our two small kids came home everything in the house was back to normal and the crew created safe passage through our front yard to the entrance. The job was done in the middle of the second day and the water pressure now is amazing. Thanks so much! Best experience ever.

    Drain line and backup valve

    Vitally and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing a section of the waste line in the house and outside of the house. As part of the job they also replaced the backwater valve. They worked hard, they were careful to do the job properly and neatly and when they were done they neatly cleaned up the front yard and put all the plants back in. I was very satisfied with their service and with the price and would heartily recommend them to others.

    Water service upgrade

    The crew was friendly and willing to accommodate any requests regarding the work. Vitaly's crew were on time and the job was completed even though it took a bit longer then expected due to tough soil and clay. I recommend Master Drain to anyone looking for a reliable and honest plumbing company.

    Upgrade Water Service

    Master Drain & Water Works came out with a crew to upgrade my water service from 1/2" to 3/4" for better water flow into the house. My house unfortunately is located on very hard compacted clay which made the job extremely difficult and made it take MUCH longer (like 2.5 times longer) than what it should have. MD&WW persevered through and really made the effort to get it done as quickly as possible (it is a really loud process as the torpedo makes its way through the ground under the house). I really appreciated all their hard work and effort. They were cheerful and hard working for the duration of the job. I would recommend them!

    clogged drain

    Vitaly came right away. He fixed my problem quickly. Gave me some quotes for other work I was contemplating and made suggestions as to what to do to avoid the problem happening again. I would call him in the future.

    Drain repair

    Vitaly was recomended by a neighbor who is a plumber. He came by the dat after I called him to investigate the problem using his high-tech camera. Problem was in my basement floor and his guys came started the job with in a few days. they had to replace the drain bytearing up part of the floor. They did d good job of preserving the floor laminate. Job was done quickly, efficiently and his guys worked hard and were pleasant. Believe i got a really good price for the work done. Did a great job of explaining the options and what he was going to do. Would strongly recommend him to anyone.

    Sump Pump

    Vitaliy and his crew did great work. Without hesitation I would recommend him and his work. He made the whole process very easy, from fully answering any questions I had to completing the job.

    main drain back water valve

    vitalie had good communication, prompt, explained everything very well stp the workers were good didnt create a mess used tarps stp vitalie showed me how to clean the valve stp the house hold is relieved stp the ins co loves us gloria n vince job well done

    Replacement of clay drains, install backwater valve & new 1" water supply line.

    During a recent basement renovation we decided to replace clay drains, install backwater valve & install new 1" water supply line. Vitali was timely efficient and very clean. After the basement drains were dug up and replaced, the floor was replaced and cleaned up very well. We even asked him to relocate the water supply to a different location in the basement. Overall a very pleasant experience.
