    Back flow valve

    I am impressed by the professional attitude of Vitaliy and his crew. Vitaliy did a camera inspection of the drains and the next day the crew showed up on time as promised. They installed the back water valve within the promised time. They took care to contain in every step to ensure the house was left in very clean condition. During installation process they were very open to my questions/comments/requests and very helpful in explaining the operation of the various systems being installed. Also price was slightly lower than other quotes for the same job. I recommend this company without any reservations!

    Inside/outside waterproofing, weepers, pump, new drain system

    Fast and professional. Started on the job right the way and made good suggestions to requested services. Most important, kept the job site clean all the time. I would highly recommend Master Drain & Water Works as your contractor.

    Basement Flood

    My basement got flooded due to frozen pipe. The insurance company contracted the cleaning emergency crew who called Vitaliy to fix the plumbing. Vitaliy was quick to respond. He came in and found the problem and fixed it with urgency. In the following weeks, he performed a thorough investigation of all pipes and drain and suggested other important fixes, such as drain reroute and backup water valve. He was extremely helpful, explaining to me what he discovered in the old house, and gave me an estimate and the breakdown of each item. The price was good and the work was top notch. I've gone though a lot of unreliable plumbers in the past, so I'm glad to finally know a company I can call in the future.

    Clay Pipe Replacement

    I was referred to Master Drain after my basement flooded and we decided to replace all the clay pipes under our house. First of all their price was 50% versus the 2 other quotes I got from larger companies. Secondly their work was excellent, ahead of schedule and they were very considerate to my wife and kids who were at home during the work. I would HIGHLY recommend Master Drain for all your plumbing needs.

    Drain

    Recently I had the need to replace my main drain trap and install a back water valve. I was recommended this company and was not disappointed. They are reliable, quick and clean.

    lead water intake pipe replacement

    I just had the lead water intake pipe to our house replaced with a full ¾’ copper pipe. What a difference! We can actually have a shower and flush the toilet at the same time without jeopardizing the family. We can also drink the tap water now without the fear of lead poisoning and a slow ugly death. Master Drain & Water Works did the job and I would highly recommend them. They had to dig down through the frozen ground of our lawn to the base of the city water line; “torpedo” along the line of the old lead pipe and into the house to the existing shut-off tap in our basement; run the ¾” copper (with a substantial shut off tap) to the house line at the water tank; hook it up; and, finally, back fill the hole and clean up. They arrived at 8am and left at 4:30 pm, --- job complete. They were hardworking, thorough, well-routine, and organized, and efficient. The workmanship was good. The price was very reasonable and very difficult to beat. Vitaliy listened. He gave me options and honoured my wishes. He did everything he said he would do. I must say they made a job that I was dreading, a rewarding project. They’re my new go-to, plumbing company and I’ve already passed the word on to family and friends.

    Drain pipe replacement and backwater valve installation

    I received prompt and professional service from Vitaliy and company. The quote was reasonable, the work started the next day (in very wintery conditions) and done on schedule. They managed to do the work with very little disruption to the front of the house. The inside of my house was treated with care and the clean up was excellent.

    partially blocked toilet

    Vitaly came to our house in the evening, once we were home from work. The problem turned out to be a bit complicated, but he stuck with it and had us fixed that same evening. He was friendly and professional.

    plugged toilets

    We had a plumbing problem and need it done asap as we were in the middle of dinner service. They came with in the hour and got the job done without any problems. Very polite and knew what they were doing. would call next time this happens.

    Back Flow Valve installation

    I called Master Drain & Water for an estimate for drain work. Vitally was professional and knowledgeable about the work. His crew arrived the next day, completed the job, had it inspected, passed and cleaned up in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend this company.
