    Furnace and hot water tank

    Last January 2021 I purchased a Daikin furnace and got a water tank from JPS Furnace and air conditioning worth $7,665. This is the biggest mistake I've ever made. February I have to call for service because the furnace is not working, the tech came In and said the filter is clogged ok it's just a month that you've installed it and already clogged? So he changes the filter and clears the code which is b0 blower motor, and I ask him to schedule me for duct cleaning by the way we don't have pets in the house and I always change the filter every 2 months as the tech told me to. Then in April same problem again code error b0,b3 blower motor the service manager told me that my house doesn't have enough return air so they add 2 return air. Then here comes summer so I don't use the heater. So Sept 26, 2021, I replaced the furnace filter to prepare for winter. On Oct 23 at 2 AM my daughter is knocking our door and said that it's cold so I found out that our furnace is not working. So I phoned JPS Furnace and airconditioning for a service call and the tech came in at 2 PM and he said that code error b0,b3 blower motor and said that he doesn't have parts and he left a small portable heater and will come back Monday. So frustrated, stressful and mad because I have a 3-month-old baby and a 5-year-old daughter. So the tech came back Monday replaced the blower motor and after the repair, he said that everything is working fine and wanted to leave right away but the temp inside the house is still at 16 degrees Celsius. So I won't down and check the furnace blower motor shut down again and getting some error code b0,b3 same fault. So I ran outside and call him. He check it and said oh yeah error code again so the tech left me the portable heater and told me to wait until tomorrow because they will think of a game plan. So Tuesday, Oct 26 I can't get hold of the service manager they said he is busy I tried calling him 20X and still no answer. JPS Furnace and air conditioning just left us a broken furnace. Chad and Steve are both service managers sent me an email telling me that it's my house that has a problem and not the Furnace they blame the layout of my duct inside the house that is why there is a code error b0 and b3 which the blower motor is not working they said that there is a restriction of cold airflow in the system because of the layout of the duct in the house. I ask them are coming back to fix the furnace or just explain to me what to do? And no answer from them. So I called JDC Mechanic for help the tech came in around 3 PM he diagnose the problem and the cause of the blower motor quit working and those code errors b0, b3 where there is a restriction of cold airflow is the pleated filter. JPS Furnace gave a pleated filter that restricts the airflow going to the furnace. If JPS Furnace explained this to me there won't be a problem. JPS Furnace and airconditioning if you can't fix it that means you are in the wrong trade. My children suffer from 4 days of a cold night. We slept in one bedroom. Bad customer service I won't trust this company again and won't recommend them at all. Technicians and service managers are not well trained and do not know how to diagnose the problems.

    Annual Service by JPS

    JPS replaced our furnaces a couple of years ago and annual services are included with the cost. This years technician, Michael, was excellent- very thorough, very helpful, and very informative.

    Install new furnace

    Today I installed new furnace and Leon and Zack were on time. Did the installation work in timely manner with both working together. Leon was very professional and walked me through the operation of furnace and wi-fi thermostat. I just had issue with one part not delivered as promised by salesman and it was resolved by Leon calling his manager. Very special thank you to Mr.Manager. Lastly the clean up was done very well. I would give 10 plus star to JPS furnace team and refer everyone to get their services. Thank you

    Air conditioner tune-up

    We moved into a condo and called JPS to look at and tune-up our air conditioning system. JPS responded quickly and sent a technician (Grayson Lucas) to provide the service. He did the tune-up and answered all our questions and made recommendations. We are very happy with the service and especially with the technician. A great job....Thank you Grayson and JPS.

    Furnace Repair

    JPS always gives prompt and friendly service. Igor has been to my house twice in the last 3 years and he is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are very reasonable!

    York furnace

    Very professional. Knowledgeable and helpful. Quickly identified the problem with our YORK furnace, arranged for the parts, and set next available time to repair the unit. Reviewed warranty and estimated time to repair.

    "Gold" Comfort Club - Filter clause

    Customer service not honouring the furnace filter clause as described. Very frustrating to get this kind of run-around after spending $13k. Until this point in time, I have been happy with their service, perhaps the customer service management has changed?

    Furnace Tune Up

    The technician showed up on time and was well prepared. He completed his work, informed us about the condition of our furnace and followed up on an item that I inquired about. Overall I am very happy with the service provided by Nathan.

    New Furnace Installation

    Had a 50-year old furnace replaced with a high-efficiency Daikin from JPS in October. The price was right, the installation went very well, they were knowledgeable and walked me through everything when done. My only criticism is that they could have done a better job cleaning up afterward. I was finding little rivets and concrete bits for days. Other than that, I'm happy with my new furnace - it has made a world of difference in my home.

    Furnace, A/C & Hot Water Installation

    We decided to replace our aging furnace and air conditioning equipment this fall and met with a number of companies. In the end we decided on JPS because of their excellent corporate reputation (James), the knowledgeable sales staff (Wayne), the quality of product they represented (Daikin) and what I believed was a fair price for something I am looking to last a long time into the future. I was impressed by the installers (Daniel & Cody?) who appeared to take their time and do things precisely and made things in the house and outside with the vent cosmetically appealing as well. They also took the time to explain the product and how it works. I have waited before posting for confirmation by the City of the permit inspection approval which was approved with flying colors. I also had an issue with the Daikin temperature controller (the weakest part of the package install) and the people at JPS were very accommodating in responding to my query. Would I recommend this company to others, Absolutely. First rate experience for us. The unit has performed exceptionally well. Thank you JPS.
