Buyer beware. This company will charge you if you cancel their service same day. I cancelled their service within 15 minutes after booking because my husband was able to repair our washer and they still charged me $90.40. They never stepped in my house. I am sure a technician was not making his way to my place within 15 min. No mercy.

Do not use this company for your repairs. Use a local trusted company as this company will not provide value. Like the other 1-star reviews, I mistakenly booked for a technician to "diagnose" an issue with my washer. They provided no value or service to help. Use local, do not use this company for your home / appliance repair needs.

After being told the part would be available in 5 to 7 business days, and paying a $700 deposit, and receiving no communication, and being spoken to by a discourteous woman when I called after 6 weeks, and getting no service nor idea of when my oven might be operable, I cancelled. I've been told my refund of $250 will arrive in 10 to 15 business days!

Calked and booked tohave ice maker and water line repaired. They charged me for water inlet valve and water filter plus labour. After parts installed my ice maker still not working and technician tells me its the water line coming to the fridge thats the issue and I need to call a plumber. Called customer service to inquire why I was charged for a filter when I never received one. They said water filter and water line are the same part @ $182.58 plus tax. Stay far away and should have read reviews before I booked.

They send someone out the same day and no wonder - they must not be busy! They charged me $290 to tell me the problem cant be solved and then I was disrespected on the phone when I called to complain that I was being charged without any change in my appliance! They swindled me out of my hard earned money by pretending to service my machine for 30 minutes and charged me to leave a broken machine.

After 20 min of diagnostic labor that transferred into $290 charge I was advised that they have to order part which is super expensive and hard to get by so I have to wait 1-2 weeks (and, hey, they don't mark up on the parts - LOL) so I paid $1,650 deposit (out of total quote $3,000). A day later got a call back from manufacturer saying that the the part is $450 and they can ship it to me withing 2 days and Repairs team charged me $750 restocking fees I wish there is an option for 0 stars

DO not trust these people. charged almost equivalent to the new one but not fixed. as of now it more than 15 days and still no response from them. When i call the customer care for the refund they are very arrogant and they are saying that only a peanut will com for refund. It seems i lost my $900 for trusting these people , so please do not trust these people.

They told my mom the service charge would be $80, then charged her $360 UP FRONT in order to even look at her fridge. Did nothing, left, I called to complain and received horrible customer service from MK. Asked for a manager to escalate my complaint and was denied - they dont have a manager for labour complaints. Its a small amount but I am seriously considering small claims, just for the principle! I am so angry!

I called on Thursday at 8:40 to inquire about service. I scheduled a service call for the next day. At 9:10 my son figured out the issue and got my fridge freezer to work. I called to cancel and now they are insisting on sending. my account to collections to charge me for the booking. It was less than 45 minutes between calls. I wish I had read the reviews here, I would never have called. Do not go hear this company.

a so called technician came to check our microwave on 26 February 2023 and advised us that its Magnetron needs replacement and took $ 528 in advance of total cost of 783 never to come back. We called the Company assigned technicians and they told us that Magnetron was perfectly working and fixed the problem at a total cost of $ 350. Despite continued purgation, this Company has never returned the money. Please beware of this company as they have absolutely no integrity and I am not sure if they are capable of fixing anything.
