Asked them to come in to service loose door on sub zero fridge. Could not fix and would order parts. Said seal is going too. Also said should vacuum out compressor area. Charged 240 for vacuuming, about 600 for seal, and 400 for door part. 6 months went by without using the freezer door side as handle was loose. Numerous calls and cancelled appointments as still waiting for parts. I decided to check door myself and with a bit of jiggling around, was able to tighten allen key bolt and fixed door. Seal was not needed. Took 2 months from then to get money back and even then they withheld over 30% of deposit. What a rip off. Called so many times they began to hang up on me. Maria in credit department is in on it too. They first pretend like they care....stay away..

Poorest service ever had, Incompetence After $3800 in repairs icemaker still did not work. Second technician said needed to replace control and ice maker, another $1800 This recommendation made no sense. Called Thermador service and they located the issue being a water valve not re connected by the first technician. I requested Allpliance Repair team to at least pay the service for Thermador $179. Just being ghosted

Paid for $400 part that didnt fix the problem. Wouldnt honour warranty. Manager never called me back. The worst!

Needed a diagnosis, said it was bearings. Had to get a part in, ordered from ebay. We searched it after he gave us the parts, $120 online. He ordered and replaced heating element not the bearings. It is worse now then before and another guy came to assess it and he said yeah jts the bearings but it is still ok to use. Told us not to worry its under warranty, they will fix it. Havent heard back, these guys are taking your money for nothing.

Poor customer service, unknowledgeable staff, and delays make this company highly not recommended and overpriced.

Inexperienced young mechanic kids with no manners misdiagnosed the problem and made us buy 4 spare parts. It took them 2 months plus to repair the dryer. Not a reliable resource for repairs.

They came to my home and intentionally break my appliance fdemanding me to pay cash for the damages that they have done.

Extremely bad service. I should have read the reviews earlier before using them. My microwave is with them for the past more than a month and still not fixed. Everytime I call I am told the part has been ordered and they are waiting for that. Very very disappointed. Don't use them. In continuation to the above situation they finally turned up after a month and when they tried starting the microwave,it did not start and we were told that it will need another trip to the repair centre and another 270 dollar to repair it. Never Again...

Our fridge was not cold. I paid $80 for someone showing up and topped up to $290 for him to open the back cover and blew the dust of my fridge only. He let me wait for 24 hours but nothing was working. I was told that I needed to pay up to $1500 to repair the fridge. From what he did and the tone he spoke, I don't believe he can make it even I pay. Wasted me$ 327 and wasted my time. What a joke!

The guy asked for $290+tax just to run some tests on the washing machine, after that he said we needed a new pressure pump and hose that cost additional $540. We didnt go for it, thanks God. Next day , I tried to clean the drain hose, after reading the manual. The washer started to work fine. It was only some water scum which the sensor is sensitive to. The guy doesnt know anything, Stay away from this company.
