I was in a bit of a bind because my current contractor was unable to finish the job and I wanted the pad completed before winter hit. I called Mike and he came by right away to look at my project. He came in with a resonable quote and to my delight was able to start my job on the following week! He estimated the completion time to be around a week and a half. Mike's team is professional, punctual and accurate. To his word they kept to schedule and kept me updated along the way. Mike didn't skip corners, he stuck to the architectural drawings to the inch. In fact he probably went above and beyond in terms of the thickness of the concrete and stone base. The pad looks solid. The good thing about Mike is he has his own equipment and he's on site too. You can trust Mike and his team to do the job right and within schedule.

Mike and his guys completed a quality job on time and budget. They arrived on the day promised, with the site left clean and tidy. Nothing negative to say whatsoever. I would gladly recommend Mike.

Mike and his team were great to work with and we were impressed with the job they did on the parging. We have a 100 year old house with a concrete block addition at the back that had no parging on it. Mike broke off all the old parging, applied a wire mesh around the entire perimeter and did three coats, a scratch coat, finish coat and a water proof sealant. Other quotes we had received were lower but for only one or two coats of parge. We wanted to make sure it was done as well as possible and it looks great. He even added on breaking out an old concrete pad at the back of our property at a reasonable price and put gravel down where it was before which was great!! He was also very responsive to all my calls and questions which was much appreciated. Thanks Mike, we will definitely recommend you to people looking for a high quality parging job!

Mike’s crew recently performed a waterproofing on our basement and we were very happy with the workmanship. The job was performed as per the quote with, care along with a few additional services provided as good will gesture from the company. We were happy with the job performed as the guys arrived every day at the same time which helped them complete the job slightly ahead of schedule. Thank you!

M.Scott just completed a job at my downtown Toronto home. I was aware of their work over a two year period of driving past several of their jobs.I was always impressed with the job site as well as the finished results.We had our drainage done,parging,waterproofing,and a beautiful new concrete driveway. Great work,fair price and most of all courteous workers on site. They coordinated with my neighbour and we are both pleased with the result. 10 stars from me!

Mike and his crew did a really good job with the concrete walkway beside our house. I'm happy with the quality of the work and the quick time that it took to get the job done. The price was fair, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get concrete work done.

Mike and crew were at our house this summer due to our basement being flooded during the Toronto floods. At the time we were only in our new home for 3 months and had no idea what would be found. Mike and team started by excavating the front of our house, fixed any cracks found, re-sealed and waterproofed the foundation. From there they put in new sidewalks along the side of the house to the backyard, ensuring they sloped away from the house to prevent future water issues. The last project was the raising and levelling of our old garage to put in a new floor. The team were very professional, polite and considerate, which was extremely important as we had a 3 month old baby girl. They were on time and completed all jobs to a very high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike and team and will absolutely use him in the future if needed. Thank you again Mike!

We had need to replace broken concrete in a common alleyway. Once I got ahold of Mike, he came when he said, did the work he described at a reasonable price, finished when said, and cleaned up after the job was finished. I'm satisfied with his work.

After doing an excellent job waterproofing our house and putting in weeping tile last fall, we had to wait until summer to replace the walkway between our house and our neighbour. Mike and his crew came in and completed the work in a timely manner. He does not use email but will return calls, turns up when expected and does good work.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job at forming and pouring a concrete parking pad in my back yard. The prep work (forming and reinforcing) was thorough and the finishing of the surface was great. Work was done on time and costs were as estimated. Cleanup was excellent - like they were never there. Very satisfied overall.
