M Scott Home Improvement was a referral. Their specialist arrived, investigated the roof area, thoroughly cleaned away the clogged leaves which had accumulated in the eaves-troughs, and which had caused excess water from rain to accumulate, overflow and leak through ceiling. Leaking stopped immediately. Staff also did a follow-up call a few months later to check the status and was advised that there was no further leaking. We found the service efficient and the staff to be courteous. We would highly recommend their services.

Michael and his team dug out our basement, redid the plumbing and put in a beautiful polished concrete floor. They did it on schedule, handled the permits and sub-contractors and did an amazing job. His staff were courteous and timely each day which is a rarity with contractors. This sort of job is not something you want done poorly!

I had a very leaky basement that required external excavation along two sides of my house, cleaning, application of waterproofing materials, re-filling of soil and replacement of the sidewalk. Mike gave an accurate assessment of my foundation waterproofing needs, offered a detailed quote, completed the project within the time estimated, provided a courteous and hard-working crew and despite removing and re-installing mountains of dirt, left my back yard in immaculate condition. Best of all, I have had no leaks in the basement since this work was done, in contrast to a very leaky situation beforehand. I would heartily recommend M Scott Home Improvements for this kind of work.

My distress call was returned quickly. Mike seemed to be able to analyze the problem accurately. The work was done in a timely fashion and the workers were polite, helpful and neat. Mike was more than willing to return to my house after the job was completed to answer a question. I had the inside basement job done while I was out of town. When I returned, everything in the rest of the house was as I had left it and considering the basement had been dug up it was nevertheless cleaner than I would have thought. I have recommended this company to friends who were satisfied as well.

I don't usually make recommendations but Mike and his merry men were unusual. Unusual in the sense that they were meticulous in their workmanship and very committed to doing a good job. I could detail the extent of the repair but suffice to say my foundation wall was crumbling and in serious disepair. T'aint like that now...it looks like new and they did a great job! Thanx Mike

I like the fact he was on time, did exactly what he said he was going to do, for the price he quoted. The job turned out amazing. Mike sure knows his stuff and made us feel confident in the contractor we chose. After Mike finished our floor we had our basement finsihed and everything went smooth thanks to having a great starting point
