Mike and his team showed up when they said and did a beautiful job on both the stairs and slab. They also poured and finished an a/c pad as an extra all within the original quote. I would highly recommend Mike and will us him for any of future work.

Mike and his team installed a new concrete floor in my garage after removing the old floor which was from the original built in 1950's. M Scott team was extremely professional, organized and respectful throughout the project. The job was completed as per schedule, quality of work was excellent and the team were very considerate of the property, left a clean place afterwards. The pricing was competitive. Extremely satisfied! Highly recomended!

Mike and his team poured a concrete floor at my daughters house. I have used many contractors over the years both in Toronto and at the cottage. In my view, I can say confidently, Mike and his team are are one of the best. It was clear when I first met Mike he was very experienced and had great advice that showed with the final result. A basement floor is something that you get one shot at, if it's wrong it's very expense to fix. Craftsmanship is only one part of the job; price, scheduling, and experience is just as important. Mike and his crew were very professional, friendly and efficient on this big job. They accommodated any request we made (dug plumbers trenches and a bit deeper for in-floor heating) and were fantastic to deal with. Great communication....answering any and all questions from us. I hired Mike in his team to come in and install a concrete slab in my basement over radiant tubing that I had put down over foam insulation. The team is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked well with the concrete supplier and concrete pump operator and put in long hours to get the job done. Thanks Mike!

I hired Mike and his team to break up the concrete floor of my basement and pour a new floor to provide a level surface for finished flooring. Mike was able to promptly come by and give me a free estimate and was able to fit my project in under a tight timeline. I also liked that Mike proposed a solution that other contractors did not. While his was a more expensive solution, it would be a better solution over the long term and was able to explain as such. At the end of the project, I asked Mike to help provide a few additional finishing touches to the space and he was able to promptly come by and do so. Mike was a reasonable person to deal with and I would be interested in working with him and his team again on any future renovation projects.
