I hired the Roof Whisperer to make some minor repairs and to replace my plastic roof vents with metal ones. I have used Arthur and his team in the past and they always provide prompt and professional service. I highly recommend using this company for any roofing repairs or projects.

Contacted Roof Whisperer to assess leaks around chimney/roof tune-up and I must say the service (from the telephone call with Jean to the service technicians, Ilir and Olti) was excellent. Ilir and Olti took their time to explain the repairs to be done and even took pictures before and after the repairs. Unfortunately with no rain in the forecast for the next couple days I will now have to wait to confirm no more leaks. I was assured by Ilir to contact him again if it does as they do pride themselves on service and workmanship.

The Roof Whisperers are called in to fix previous contractor's mistake that punctured continuous metal flashing on the top of a flat roof and cause water to leak into the house during driving rain. The house is under construction and drywall is about to be put in. So you can see I'm in a bind for a proper fix. That's when Arthur and the crew came to the rescue. The Roof Whisperers were very professional. I can see how much better the quality of their work is compared to my previous contractor. Everything is done to my satisfaction and more. I am very happy with their work. I have some more flashing work that's not ready to be done yet and I will definitely call on them again to get that completed.

The Roof Whisperer's were fantastic. I called and received a return phone call within moments. The service was quick and convenient and pricing was fair. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for professional, fair service.

Nov/14 Ilir arranged a temporary solution to prevent problems over winter and quoted on redoing flat roof, removing/replacing skylights in spring 2015. All work done excellently, Olti & staff pleasant and punctual, clean up immaculate, RW even refunded 50% of cost for temporary solution. Illir supervised all work and put us in touch with an excellent contractor to replace our wood-panelled living room ceiling since 4 of 8 skylights were completely removed. We have had several storms since our new roof and skylights were done...everything water-tight and very pleased.

We just completed a relatively small job with Arthur and his team at The Roof Whisperer and we are very satisfied. The work was done earlier than scheduled in a high-quality manner. Arthur communicated in a professional way at all times and we feel that we certainly picked the right contractor for this work. I feel that it is informative to also offer a bit of a back story. In the summer of 2014, our house was leaking along our east facing frontage during rainstorms. We thought that there was a leak in our roof so we called out a couple roofing teams to take a look. One group, who I won’t mention here, suggested quite a serious improvement to our roof shingles, which are only about 5 years old. When Arthur visited, however, he advised us that actually our roof is generally fine and though it could use some small, typical maintenance improvements, the reason our house was leaking was actually because the bricks on the front of our house needed to be repointed. He showed me where the problems were and recommended a mason to do the work. Sure enough, we had the brick face repointed and the leaks never occurred again. He quoted the maintenance items we might want to do on the roof but at the time we declined to do them. When we had Arthur back to quote on the clearly necessary work on our garage shingles this year, he offered to also do the small roof maintenance items as part of the contract, at a discount to the fee proposal he offered last year. His team did that work this summer as well and we feel like we got great service and quality work at a fair price. Thanks Arthur. Thanks also go to Jean, the Roof Whisperer’s happy office manager who manages the invoicing and general paperwork associated with the projects. She was always very kind and helpful. Arthur’s onsite team were great, too. Though their English wasn’t perfect, they were very kind, seemed to work very hard, and did a conscientious job of cleaning up after themselves at the end of each work day; this is particular important for us since we have a child that plays in the grassy area near the garage. I had called The Roof Whisperer after a major rain storm blew shingles off my roof. Arthur came out inspected the damage and began the repairs the same day. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after they were done. I would absolutely recommend them and definitely use them again.

Great service from The Roof Whisperer from start to finish. Called when I noticed a row of shingles missing from my house. Jean answered the call and scheduled the work promptly (and not that it makes a difference to the quality of the roof repair, but Jean is super nice and funny!). Ilar arrived as scheduled, gave me the estimate and booked a time to return later in the day to complete the work. He was flexible with his timing to accommodate the nap schedule of my kids (really appreciate that). When Ilar returned, he quickly and carefully got the work done and checked the rest of the roof while he was up there, I was hesitant to book this company because of having to pay $100 for the estimate (which comes off the bill if you book them), but I would definitely use them again due to their professionalism and excellent work.
