    New Roof

    One of the things that made Arthur and his team stand out was how he provided me with photos of the current state of our roof (both during the initial inspection and as the work progressed) so that I could see the damage that existed. Arthur was also the only roofer who made the effort to look inside the house at the water damage and in our attic, everyone else just looked at the exterior issues. This extra bit of customer service and research into the overall condition of the roof is one of the reasons I would recommend the team.

    Replace shingles

    We lost about 20 shingles in a severe wind storm. I called several different companies, knowing that they would be flooded with calls and that it could take some time to get someone out to assess the damage. The Roof Whisperer was the only company to return my call that morning. Better still, Arthur and his crew were on site that afternoon! Arthur was very informative and the crew were courteous and quick. I will be calling this company when the entire roof needs to be redone.

    flat roof repair

    Ilir from the roof whisperer is amazing! He came the next day after my frantic call about water leaking through my bathroom ceiling from the flat roof above. He was sensitive to the fact that another rain storm was coming and made sure to repair the plumbing vent flashing quickly and competently. I will happily use this company again and recommend them to friends. Honesty, reliability and good workmanship!

    Roofing

    Whisperer came by my warehouse business within one day of calling, listened to my flat roof leaking issues, viewed the area with me both inside and up on the roof, measured only the area that needed replacing with me there so we could discuss the best repair methods. They returned to remove, patch and repair the blistered area, let the membrane and tar materials dry, then returned to finalize the pebble topping. They noticed a few flashings that needed caulking and sealing and did those while they were up there. The price was fair and work timely. They had done work at my home that was stellar so I called for this issue and was again glad I did. You can't go wrong with Whisperer when you compare what's out there.

    Roofing

    A dispute with a neighbour over a leak needed a third party opinion. The Roof Whisperer showed up and identified the problem quickly. It was a very busy time of year (spring) and him showing up for a small assessment shows what a professional who cares really looks like. When it does come time to do the roof, no question who I will be calling.

    roof replacement

    Arthur said to wait for 4 good rains. Well we have had 6 and i could not be happier with the results. no more worrying about the rain. excellent, professional and curteus service from the start, from Jean, Arthur and the whole crew including the dumpster guy. all made sure everything was done properly and tidy up afterwards. this company was the first and only one who got back to me and i am glad that they did, cant say enough about them. dont look anywhere else if you want a professional job done right

    Eavestroughs

    We had water pooling problems in our gutters in 3 different areas around the house. The team was able to suggest ways to improve water drainage by realigning the eaves and adding a downspout in one particularly problematic spot. The eaves are high end custom made but they managed to match the new downspout perfectly and realign the eaves without any damage. They were very concerned with making sure water would drain properly but also paid close attention to aesthetics. They achieved both. We are very pleased with the service the team provided and would not hesitate to recommend this Company to any of our friends and family.

    Roofing/Skylight

    We were very pleased with The Roof Whisperer. We thought we needed to re-shingle our whole roof but Ilir advised we needed less extensive work. We appreciate their honesty. They came when they said they would and were quite neat and professional.

    Roofing

    I had had The Roof Whisperer out to do re-shingle our roof a few weeks ago. Great service from start to finish, they were thorough and friendly. I would recommend Ilir and his team to anyone who needs a new roof. I am very happy with the workmanship. and extremely satisfied with the speed and professionalism of the service received. All questions were answered quickly and the job was completed in a very efficient and timely fashion.

    Roof Venting Upgrade and Shingle Replacement

    Our experience with The Roof Whisperer was positive from the initial meeting with Ilir. He explained everything that needed to be done to bring our roof up to code and make the necessary repairs to prepare it for the installation of the new shingles. The crew was very professional and courteous. The clean up each day was thorough. We highly recommend this company for any work you may have on your roof.
