    roof venting

    After finding out we needed to vent our new bathroom exhaust fan and laundry appliances out the attic/roof to meet building code, we searched for a suitable roofer. At first we called roofing companies we saw in the area, but they either tried to talk us into a new roof (which was not needed) or they failed to return our call. Gene had Ilir visit the property shortly after requesting a quote and he was respectful dealing with me as a homeowner and real estate investor. Installation commenced within 2 weeks of accepting the quote, which was great given that our plumber and insulation tradespeople required the venting complete to commence their work. The crew was respectful of my yard, cleaning up after the job was complete. Most importantly, they had the ridge vent and laundry/bathroom exhaust vents installed in a day. Very impressed with their speed and efficiency. I recommend anyone seeking a roofer to hire The Roof Whisperer.

    Roofing / Skylight Replacement

    Arthur and his team are exceptional at what they do. I had several companies quote me on the job but The Roof Whisperer was really the only one to thoroughly assess the situation and then provide a long term solution. The $75 assessment fee was well worth it in our case as it uncovered several issues that needed to be addressed prior to fixing the existing roof / leaks and installing 3 brand new skylights. He was honest with me about the cost and even suggested I could get some of the work done cheaper if I went with a handyman or insulator for some of the repairs prior to his completing the roof. In the end I had Arthur and his team (a special thanks to Tony!!!) do all the work and am very happy with the decision. Thanks Guys!!!

    roof repair

    I chose The Roof Whisperer after reading the many positive reviews here. Aside from the being the lowest estimate, competent and timely work, I must mention that I first got a quote in the fall of 2012, only finally going ahead in the spring of 2014. To my surprise, the quote was not adjusted whatsoever! I think this speaks to integrity and fairness. In my case the work done was mostly repair work to a very old slate roof. There are not that many roofers around that still do this work, so kudos to Arthur for offering this service, great job and highly recommended.

    Roof and Skylight

    Ilir was excellent at determining our issue with our roof and the way to solve it. He scheduled us quickly when we had leaking. His team was fast and professional and cleaned up well at the end of each day. We are very happy with the work and warranty, giving us peace of mind for the future.

    Roof repair

    Needed an urgent roof repair and tried calling different companies only to find out they are so busy..... Then luckily I've contacted The Roof Whisperer and have to say Arthur and his crew are simply exceptional. Starting with Jean who answers the phone and not only quickly scheduled service but listened and understood exactly my concern. The work was done right on time before the next rain and the crew was very friendly and efficient. Considering that roof repairs are usually not fun to go through must say these guys made it super easy and brought their own personal touch in the whole experience! At the end what started as a distress for me waking up in the middle of the night with leaking roof on my bed, ended being a vey positive experience.

    Sky Light installation

    Very satisfied with the speed and professionalism of the service we received. All questions were answered quickly and the job was expedited in a very efficient and timely fashion with service as promised.

    Flat Roof

    Arthur fixed our leaky flat roof after we first moved in with a temporary patch that lasted 3 years! We called on him again when it was time to replace the roof. Great work! Great price. Good people to deal with. I've recommended him to 3 people so far!

    Roof repair

    We called the Roof Whisperer to repair some damage done to our roof. They were fast and efficient. It's the second time we have used the Roof Whisperer. They do could work and we would recommend them for any roofing jobs you may have.

    Roof Repair

    Arthur was very helpful in providing an alternative solution to our roof problem that was significantly less expensive than other quotes we received. Our roof has not leaked since and we are very satisfied with the services provided.

    Skylight Repair / Installation

    Unbelievable professionalism and service - Arthur and his team were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. We had a small leak from our skylight which was difficult locate where water was entering from. Arthur followed up a few times by sealing surrounding areas, doing a water test then covering the skylight. We decided to replace all 3 skylights in our home as they were over 25 years old. Arthur and his team did an outstanding job and if I, or any friend/family need any type of roofing work done Arthur will be the first person we call. Can't say enough good things about this company.....
