I had contacted a few companies to get quotes on repairs needed on my downspouts, etc. and Patrick was the first to respond and showed up on time to provide a quote. Some other companies didn't even return calls/emails. Patrick completed all the repairs on one of the hottest days of July and did an amazing job too. After the big storm last Friday everything is working great and no leaks anymore. He is very efficient, professional and great at communicating which some contractors don't do well. I would definitely recommend TroughWay to friends and neighbors!

Patrick and Brian at TroughWay are very friendly, thorough and efficient. They cleared my eavestrough, unplugged my clogged downspout and installed leaf guards. Now I don't have to worry about another clog and a possible flood in my basement. I expressed concern about the clog not being fully cleared. They assured me that if I was still experiencing problems they would return to fix it. After a few heavy rain storms I am very pleased to report that my downspout is operating as it should.

After the recent wind storms, my gutters started coming off my home. I found Troughway and contacted Patrick & Brian and they came to see me the same day! I told them about various issues I have been having over the years along with the hanging eavestrough, they gave me a reasonable quote for everything on the spot and even did part of the work in the same visit. They came back a few days later to finish the rest (install new eavestrough + downspout in the back) and everything looks great! Highly recommend them, very pleasant to deal with and very prompt! After the latest wind storm I noticed that our eavestrough and downspouts had ripped off completely. I made numerous phone calls to numerous companies and I came across TroughWay and contacted them. I was very satisfied after their job! they gaves me a very good deal, compare to the other 2 companies. They also give me 3 years warranty on what they did!!! they are fast and professionnal !!! Last year we decided to replace the entire roof of our newly bought townhouse. The company we went to was good on the first time, communication was fine etc.. this year we noticed that the leak in our baby room is still there and we were hoping that it was permanently fixed since we had a brand new roof. I was trying to call the roofing company several times to claim the warranty but unfortunately, we can't contact them anymore...we gave up already and decided to call a different company who will "honestly" help us fix our issue plus a new work to be done (leaf guard and downspout redirection). I browsed through the internet and found TroughWay, I already had a bad impression on companies who price low for a job and might just run a way from us again. so what the heck.. money is tight on us so we decided to go with them.. but hey.. these guys are awesome, they were the cheapest who quoted me for the job and didn't let me down. so far the leak is gone and they did a good job install the leaf guards and the downspout redirection... they even make follow ups months after the job if everything is fine.. honesty, this is the first contractor I've dealt with who does this! I should have seen them before when we replaced our roof!.. thanks to Patrick and Brian or TroughWay

One quick visit for a free estimate, and installation appointment was the following week. Very professional and efficient work, guys cleaned up after them and left everything as it was, except that garage looks really elegant now. :-) Thank you and keep up the good work!

I hired TroughWay from a flyer I received in my mailbox about downpipe disconnections. They were very helpful and explained the process thoroughly, but more importantly they got the work done quickly and arrived when they said they would be there, unlike other contractors I've dealt with in the past. Brian and Patrick were very professional and I'd definitely recommend them!
