Aiad and his team have utterly transformed our 80 year old home. When the previous owners added a second story 20 years ago, they had their contractor cover the house in stucco. Unfortunately they cut corners and the stucco began cracking not long after we bought the house 15 years ago. Recently, it also started warping in several places, and when cracks began to develop near the foundation we decided to look for a contractor to re-do the stucco. We had four of the top companies on HomeStars quote on the job, and although the quote from Aiad was not the least expensive, his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly, down-to-earth manner inspired our confidence. Although we had to postpone the start time by over a year, Aiad was patient and very understanding, and unlike many other contractors we have heard about, he did not increase the price. Whenever I called or emailed him, he always responded promptly and addressed all of our questions and concerns. He was also extremely meticulous in planning the details of the project, which was by no means straightforward, because the house has a second story deck that is not in the best shape, a bay window that was never properly covered, and ancient eavestroughs and downspouts that were inadequate and causing leaks. Aiad and his crew always arrived when he said they would, worked really hard throughout the day and even into the evening, were very friendly and accommodating when some problems needed to be addressed with our eavestroughs, and completed the job promptly and exactly when he said they would...something that almost never happened with other contractors we have had in the past. Aiad also found creative solutions and work-arounds when a few issues arose. For example, when it turned out that our old door frame was too close to one of the porch lights on one side, Aiad removed the light fixture, installed a lovely, new frame, and then re-wired the light fixture and attached it in the correct location....all at no extra charge! I have never seen a contractor take so much care and pride in their workmanship to make sure that everything looks right, is done properly, and that the homeowners are happy. He also arranged for caulking, and an eavestrough specialist to fix the problems we had been having and install a proper downspout and flashing. We are extremely happy with the result; the materials that they used were of excellent quality and their craftsmanship was topnotch. The character and value of our 80-year-old home has truly been enhanced by the coins, mouldings, and keystones that they installed. Several neighbours have stopped by to tell us that our house actually looks brand new. Many thanks to Aiad and his team for an awesome job that has far exceeded our expectations!

Amazing job done by Cosmopolitan Construction Inc! Our property had a lot of water damage areas especial the short walls around the property, and Aiad and his team (lovely, friendly people) patched all the cracked and chipped areas, applied mesh and new stucco to make it looks new. They are friendly, professional and hardworking guys and it was a pleasure to have worked with them. Thanks Aiad and your team for the great work done. I will definitely recommend them to friends and anyone looking for an honest and hardworking company.

From my first meeting to completion of project, Aiad was very prompt, professional, friendly and very hard working. His CS skills are A-1 plus. My neighbors are all commenting on how great my house looks. What a transformation. I highly recommend Cosmopolitan Construction Inc 110%.

The wood around my bay window was rotting and I needed to fix it. I decided to go with stucco instead of replacing the wood or putting vinyl/aluminum because stucco has better insulation, looks the best and there's no maintenance. I contacted all the stucco companies rated 5 stars on homestars for a quote. Aiad at Cosmopolitan Construction was the only one to come to my house and give me a quote. All the other companies gave me a quote through text or email. Aiad at Cosmopolitan Construction also gave me the best quote out of the four companies I contacted. This saved me hundreds of dollars and I am impressed with the final product. I have recieved multiple compliments from neighbours and people walking by on his work. Aiad and his team were polite, reasonable, professional, hard-working and knowledgeable. They made sure to clean up and leave everything as it was when they arrived. Cosmopolitan Construction makes it a priority to satisfy all of their customers. I thoroughly recommend Aiad and Cosmopolitan Construction to anybody suffering from builder's box or in need of a stucco professional.

From the moment we met Aiad we knew that he and his company were the right one to re-do the stucco on the front of our family home. He is knowledgeable, honest and takes a real sense of pride in his workmanship. He and his team were amazing from start to finish- they were punctual, friendly, hard working and true craftsman. Right from the first phone call/Email it was a pleasure working with Aiad. Aiad and his crew were most accomodating throughout the whole process. Our home is 65 years old and now looks newly built. Very happy with the work done on my exterior wall replacement with Stucco. Aiad and his team were very organized, punctual, clean and created a very good finished outcome. Highly recommend them all.

We had bubbling and cracking of the exterior stucco, and after meeting several companies last year picked Cosmo for the repair, as Aiad had carefully walked us through the options, reassured us that the work was not urgent (i.e. not caused by water leaks!) and worked with us to build and appropriate plan, with a clear and understandable contract. The work was delayed due to the pandemic, but Aiad kept in touch to make sure a revised schedule worked for us. The work started last week, took only 5 days and looks great - cracks and bubbles are gone and the house looks like new. And the team was very careful in setup and throughout the project, and left the work site spotless. We definitely recommend them for any exterior stucco work!

Contacted company for an estimate and Aiad (owner) came out within 2 days to provide it. He was on time and very professional. He explained the steps involved in the job he would complete. He was very efficient and sent me a detailed estimate the following day. I had a few additional questions for him and each time I sent him an email he replied promptly. Once I said I wanted to proceed with the job he provided a contract for me to sign. His crew arrived when he said they would and were excellent. They were all very professional and friendly. They took extra care when setting up and take down. They cleaned up the site when they were done and finished a day ahead of schedule! Aiad provides amazing customer service and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy with his work. Highly recommend them for any stucco work you need done.

Aiad applied EIFS stucco for the entire house with existing siding, as well as moulding installation. Aiad and his team were always very prompt and completed the work very quickly. The stucco work was beautifully executed — it is a vast difference from my house with siding. The mouldings look gorgeous too. I would definitely choose Aiad for all of my future stucco installation needs. I highly recommend him!
