Aiad and his crew left an absolutely amazing impression/experience for us: - They started the project as scheduled and finish ahead of schedule. - They used base coat, finish coat, and mesh material all from Durabond and all the material they used had manufacturer tags with our home address on which assured us the material are fresh from manufacturer and within their shelf life. - They applied the material according to the manufacturer's recommended practices (e.g. correct working temperature, water/material proportion, slack time etc.) - They did not put up the base/finish coat on the wall during direct sunlight exposure, and they put it up when wall was under shade. - I was convinced they know what they are doing and take pride in their workmanship quality. - They paid attention to our requests before the project and during the project. Were responsive. - Their quote was reasonably priced. - Aiad has 29 years of experience in working with Stucco in 4 countries. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased we chose Cosmopolitan Construction to reface our house with stone and stucco. From the beginning and all through the process, Aiad was incredible to deal with. He is detail-oriented, very responsive, and took the time to answer the many questions we had. The crew was courteous, worked efficiently, and the project was completed in the expected time. Because of his many years of experience, Aiad provided recommendations about several aspects of the project that ended up looking great. It is clear that Aiad loves and takes pride in what he does and he ensured we were happy with the work done. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cosmopolitan to friends and family and would use them again for a future project.

I got a range of quotes from 5 different companies and one of them didn’t even want the job. Aiad gave me a very comprehensive quote and references. I checked some of his references and he got raving reviews from everyone. So I went with him. His references were 100% correct. Aiad and his team did a fantastic job with a smile. My house is very close to the house next door, so Aiad’s team had a very narrow place to work. Aiad was very pleasant and hard working. He and his team cleaned up well after they were done. My bricks were in bad shape. Now the side of my house looks fantastic, and the extra insulation should help keep any drafts out. After Aiad left, the Roger’s guy had to come and put the Roger’s box back on the side of my house. The Roger’s guy damaged my new stucco. I spoke to Aiad and told him what had happened and he returned the next day which was a Saturday, and fixed the hole that Roger’s left right away. I really appreciate this. I highly recommend Cosmopolitan.

STUCCO EXTERIOR From the initial meeting with Aiad, we were impressed with his character. Aiad provided a detailed quote outlining the work they’d do and covering potential issues that might arise. We went with Cosmopolitan because Aiad was clearly a man of integrity, his quote was fair and reasonable and we had confidence in his abilities. The work began on July 25th and was completed 2 weeks later, as promised. Aiad and his team were very professional. They worked long days and left the site tidy every evening. They were respectful to us and our neighbours. Aiad and his team delivered. There were no surprise costs, in fact they did some additional work at no extra cost. We were impressed by the skill and dedication of the team and the quality of their work. They dealt with some very challenging conditions (hot weather and very tight spaces). We are extremely happy with the results of our reno and would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend Aiad and Cosmopolitan Construction.

Start Date: July 4-12, 2025 Work: Stucco around the house, Plywood Installation, Wall and Ceiling Light Installation, Moulding and Trims. We had three Stucco Contractors that visited our house and the reason we gave Cosmopolitan Construction Inc. the job was Aiad’s ability to understand that every part of the house is connected, his anticipation and problem solving washed away a lot of things that we don’t know and worry about. For example, our previous aluminum that was done only a few years ago that includes soffit and downspouts was thoroughly explained how it will be affected and he presented a resolution. Anything surrounding and outside the scope of work were clearly presented. Aiad eliminated unwanted surprises. Aiad is an amazing, kind, thoughtful, conscientious person. There’s plenty of work that he did for us without extra fee. He has high moral principles and fine personal quality. He’s a great listener. He made the exterior of our house charming and timeless!

You will not find a more positive, respectful and friendly contractor than Aiad. He ensures a clean site every day with a completed job exactly as you specify. The quality of the work was incredible, they worked long hours to get it done, and ensured the details were completed above and beyond expectations. Hire this group with confidence.

Popcorn Ceiling Removal and Painting
Aiad and his team were total professionals. Moving into our new home we wanted the popcorn ceiling removed and every room painted. The crew at Cosmopolitan Construction came in and had the job done in no time! Quick, efficient and entirely professional. Aiad and his team got the job done right and we are incredibly happy with our modernized smooth ceilings and freshly painted walls. 10/10 we would hire them again!

Stucoo Refacing for the whole house
Aiad and his team were hard working professionals. From the start to finish, they kept everything neat and clean. Aiad delivered exactly what he promised from the first meeting. He provided us with all correct choices and the end result was great. My house looks brand new again. I highly recommend Cosmopolitan construction!

Highly recommended
Aiad and his team have not only done a fantastic job on repairing our homes exterior, but they have given us much needed peace of mind. Rats had eaten through the stucco at the base of our home leaving major damage. The stucco work that had happened before we moved in had been done poorly and many unsealed, rotted, weak spots around the house made us nervous about the potential of more pets. After speaking with a couple of stucco companies I found that Aidas thorough inspection, thoughtful suggestions, and reasonable prices were the most reassuring. Aida was extremely patient and helpful in discussing how to address the problem. He and his team were exceptionally efficient, clearly skilled, and very professional as they completed really careful work. It was evident how much pride the team took in doing a good job and they made every effort to repair and fortify our home. Not only did they fix unsightly holes but they sealed the house and gave us peace of mind so that we can sleep soundly again. We highly recommend Cosmopolitan Construction Inc
