    New AC

    3 days after my consultation, like clock work 2 polite gentlemen showed up. walked me through the steps and installed my AC. Professional, on time, friendly service. Thank you Martino, thanks Adam. Melody Brown

    Air Conditioner Purchase & Installation

    Martino was well informed and helpful from the beginning of this encounter. The unit purchased was installed efficiently and professionally by both technicians at my home. A minor issue was noticed after the technicians had left where they had forgotten to re-plug my gas-water heater back into the receptacle, but otherwise the job was well done with no issues.

    Excellent Service!

    I had a great experience with Martino HVAC. The technicians were professional, friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning unit. Adam, our sales rep helped guide us through viable options and went above and beyond by not only providing a solution that met our needs, he also gave us useful and practical tips for the ongoing maintenance of the air conditioner and furnace. I would highly recommend Martino HVAC!

    Service

    I have had a HVAC membership with Martino for about 3 years now. They always call me to remind me of my complimentary tune ups on my heating and air conditioner. One evening my A/C stopped working. I left a message (Sunday night) with Martino. They had a service person at my house at 11am Monday morning. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. We were very happy with the speed and quality of their service. The technicians were all very polite and took the time to explain things. The cost of the repairs were all covered under my HVAC membership. I will continue to use Martino in the future. I was very impressed with everyone from the person answering the phones to the technicians who came to my door. Thank you for taking care of us!

    Timely and efficient service as arranged. The Service was confirmed by the company and followed to make sure of the appointment. The Service personal was courteous and experienced. No mess,no fuss.

    Furnace Repair in Toronto Townhouse

    I have a furnace in my Toronto townhouse that is located on the third floor, in a closet, which is an awkward position to service. The furnace broke this summer and I needed to have someone in for repairs. I had a different company in to assess the furnace and they identified that there was an issue with the motor, but also refused to do the work because of where the furnace was located, stating that it was too awkward to work on. I reached out to Martino HVAC and explained the situation. They were happy to come out and reassess the issue, and actually identified that the motor was not the problem. Kyle T. was great to work with. He was in and out in under and hour, and quickly had the furnace working again. Thank you for your help! I would definitely recommend Martino HVAC to anyone who needs furnace or other HVAC repairs.

    Air Conditioner and Humidifier

    The employees at Martino are true professionals. They offer great customer service and the install team was clean, friendly and very informative. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

    Replaced furnace and AC

    They went out of their way to meet my needs. Adam was always pleasant and prompt with answers to all my concerns. The technicians were friendly, skilled and professional. They took time to explain and answer my questions about the equipment. They never entered the house with their shoes and cleaned up their work when completed.

    Air conditioner

    I'm very happy with the 16 Seer Air conditioner their service is excellent, they will work around your schedule including weekends if you have any questions or concerns they will call you back right away very professional company to deal with. I will highly recommended.
