Craig's team recently did a complete new home AC install for us in Phase 17 Milton. From the first consultation with Craig, I knew that he was the right choice for us. He answered many questions that I had, and his responses were almost always immediate... Excellent communication throughout the entire process! Everything that was promised, was delivered in a very professional manner. Craig's install team arrived on time and were also very courteous, professional and efficient. Got AC (American Standard 16SEER 2TON) unit installed in mid May. Excellent service! Craig came on time to make an estimate and gave few good suggestions. Since we were looking into option replacing furnace as well, he did evaluation of the furnace and advised not to do that at this time - always appreciate when specialist gives his honest/argumented opinion instead of pushing for more work. 2 installation guys also showed exactly on time, did installation and after 3 hours tested AC working and cleaned up the space. Craig called me in the middle of the installation work to check if all goes ok and if I have any concerns or questions. Before installation I got two other quotes - one from a big company was too high and they were pushing to change furnace with AC also pushing to get into "rent" contract. Another company had a cheap price, but were offering Payne products which I did not trusted after reviews I read online. Overall I am very satisfied with work that this company provided.

We dealt with Craig through the help of a group buy arrangement and couldn't be happier. Craig is super responsive (we primarily communicated via email) and tries his best to be informative and upfront with all of the details around the air conditioner as well as the installation. His crew arrived on time on installation date and the work was done cleanly and professionally. Craig even made an effort to drop by post the installation and ensured that the work was done properly. Good price - best of 3 quotes. Craig very friendly, knowledgeable. Really good installation crew - on time, very clean. The furnace seems to be very good quality - now 6 years and no problems. If we need an air conditioner we will definitely call 4 Season again.

Craig and his team installed my AC almost 2yrs ago. No issue great work. The installation was clean and quick. The crew came in at the time they said they would and were very accommodating with the questions I had during the installation.
