I had a wonderful experience with Craig Newhouse from Four Season Comfort. I encountered a problem with my high velocity furnace. I contacted Craig and he was able to confirm that my troubleshooting was correct; the circuit board had failed. I needed a replacement part and Craig was able to source one for me the SAME DAY. The pricing was quite reasonable. Craig is very professional and has a great deal of knowledge in his field. He is easy to speak to, very courteous and responds promptly to all inquiries. I will definitely contact Four Season Comfort if I need any heating & cooling work done in the future. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking for an honest and reliable furnace / AC specialist. Keep up the great work!

Craig and his team installed my AC almost 6 months ago. There were no issues at all when it was operating all summer. The installation was clean and quick. The crew came in at the time they said they would and were very accommodating with the questions I had during the installation. What sets this company apart from others is communication - Craig is very quick to reply to emails and questions. He was very informative and helpful throughout the quote, installation, and even the rebate process. And finally, as equally as important as the great customer service experience I received, their pricing was competitive. I would recommend Craig and Four Season Comfort to anyone looking for HVAC service.

I had recently moved into a new house and was in the market for an AC unit. I quickly found Craig @ Four Season Comfort. Since we didn’t get the AC from the builder, our furnace warranty was voided. Four Season Comfort took over the warranty, which gave us a piece of mind considering all the headache that comes with a new build. From the start with inquiring about ac units and price to the final follow up call after the installation, I was amazed at the customer service throughout the entire process. Very happy with the AC unit we got. Definitely will be recommending this company to our friends and family.

Craig and Four Seasons Comfort are competitively priced, professional, and made the decision as to which company to use easy. We have used Craig for a past house, again for our new house, and will be calling him the next time we move. Installation was fast, efficient, and the technicians were able to offer good advice and tips. Craig was quick to follow up and make sure everything was working properly and we were satisfied. My wife and I recently moved into our new home but did not have an air conditioner installed. As a result, we found it very difficult to stay in the house due to the weather we have been having and the extreme heat and agreed that we needed an AC installed. Fortunately, through the comments we found on this site and other forums, in addition to recommendations from our friends, we contacted Craig from Four Season Comfort. Craig was very helpful and extremely accommodating. Despite his already busy schedule, he was able to have our Air Conditioner installed within a few days after making the arrangements. The technicians who came to the house to install were also very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They made sure to answer any questions I had regarding the AC and the entire installation process. They also made sure to cover the tiles in our lobby and the steps down to the basement to avoid leaving dirt behind. All in all, my experience with Craig and the rest of the Four Season Comfort staff was very positive. We are now in the house and enjoying the cool air. I highly recommend their services.

I purchased a new home in Milton and our closing was this past Aug. Initially I was going to wait till next year to purchase an AC but after sleeping in the new house for 2 nights, my wife and I decided to purchase the AC now. I spoke to a friend and my brother and they both recommended Four Season Comfort Heating & Cooling. Both said that Craig is an awesome guy and provided excellent service. When my brother ordered his AC Craig offered him the group buy discount even tho it expired a few days before. When I called him the following week asking for a quote, Craig was nice enough to give me the exact same AC for the same price he gave my brother. Thanks Craig!! The guys that he sent to do the installation were very professional and very knowledgable. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to Four Season for any heating and cooling inquiries.

We purchased a new home in Waterdown and spent time researching and asking which AC company had the best combination of price, reliability, product and quality work. Four Seasons quickly looked like a contender. We spoke with Craig and he was very knowledgable. He didn't upsell us to a unit larger than we needed. He suggested a cost-effective solution. A larger coil for the unit we had in mind. From there, everything was smooth. The company called before our move in day to see if we might be able to change our installation plan because they were in the area the day prior. It was a fair question to ask but when we informed Craig that we couldn't oblige he completely understood and his team came in the following day on time and ready to work. Earlier this summer I moved into a resale home and to my surprise my AC did not work. The week we closed seems to have been the hottest we have seen this summer so the house was just too hot to move my family in. I called around in a bit of a panic and found Craig and his company through another website. I spoke with Craig a number of times and he could not have been more helpful at any hour of the day and even on a Sunday. With a little bit of luck he was able to shift some previously scheduled jobs around and ended up having his guys start and complete my installations on Canada day. I really could not be any happier with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Craig to anybody in the future. Peter

My experience with Four Season Comfort was probably the best I have had with any installer / contractor. Craig, the owner, is an absolute pleasure to deal with, as his honestly and pride in the service provided is readily apparent, The installation crew was on time, honest, informative, and polite. They also did a very clean, thorough and quick installation. The price for the unit was very competitive and although the deal I found on RFD was expired, Craig agreed to extend the deal for me.
