I read reviews for Four Season Comfort Heating and cooling on HomeStars and Hawthornevillager.com. Craig seemed to have very positive feedback, so after calling several companies already for quotes, I decided to give him a call. As soon as we finished speaking I knew I had found the right company for me. Craig's customer service and friendly approach is by far the best. He recommended a unit and explained all the details I needed to know. I can't say I knew much about AC units so this was very helpful. A huge thanks to Craig and his team for getting me an install date incredibly fast,even when they were completely booked solid. My new house had no AC and was over 80 degrees so this was a life saver! Install went smooth and the guys even arranged to do it while I was at work to help me out. Thanks guys! Any questions or concerns I have had with Craig have been answered either by phone or email incredibly fast. I greatly appreciated that about this company. From the minute I spoke to Craig over the phone I knew I was dealing with a true professional. His staff installed an A/C unit and Humidifier in our new house. They were professional and curtious. We had our old air conditioner replaced by Four Season Comfort after seeing the company on a group buy . All of our dealings with Craig were professional. The installers arrived on time, and were pleasant and efficient. Craig followed up with a phone call to ensure the install went smoothly. Our home is now cool and comfortable, Price was in line with the competition, but received the group buy discount. I would recommend Four Season to anyone who requires a new central air unit.

After reading the reviews and doing some research online, we decided to reach out to Craig @ Four Seasons. Craig outlined the key features of a solid performing air conditioner unit and the brand differences. After that the date was set for installation, the crew arrived on time, and in a very effective and efficient manner the unit was installed, the clean up happened, and zero issues encountered. We were also doing a side project in the house at the time, in which Craig without prompting helped us out with. We would suggest seriously considering Craig and Four Seasons.

Just had an air conditioner installed and the old one removed. Craig quote a price and when I was ready to proceed sent me an invoice. The price in the invoice is the price I paid. There are no hidden costs. Craig promptly replied to all my questions and told me exactly what I needed. Nick and Andre did the actual install for the air conditioner. Nick took the time to explain to me what exactly he was doing and helped me understand how the air conditioner works and the parts involved. There were a few issues during the install and required additional time to fix. Nick took care of it and did a quality job. These guys double check all their work and are very thorough. They made sure there were no leaks in the system and that the system was up and running before they left. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I called Craig to quote on a replacement A/C for our house. The quotation was reasonable and offered options for two systems. Craig was able to schedule the installation very fast since we have health issues in the home. The technicians did a great job with the installation and corrected deficiencies from the original install. I am very pleased with Craig and his team and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering an air conditioning system. I will call him when I need a furnace!

Had a furnace installed in Feb.2014. It's just great. I tried to start A/C in June but no luck. I called Craig and within 24hrs there were 2service men here . Just a small wire fix and nice cool air. I was so impressed with the whole experience. It was all done under warranty thanks Craig

Four Season Comfort installers did an AMAZING job on my new A/C! They were on time, clean, courteous, and efficient. With a happy customer like me, Craig did not really have to come by to check the work over but he insisted to follow up and made sure we're happy with the service. Thanks Craig !

I am very happy with Craig's service. Nothing to worry, everything went smoothly from first call to today's installation. His guy even found I have a small gas leak in the basement and fixed it for free, Thanks for the extra service.

Craig and his team installed our air conditioning last week and did a great job, they were efficient and explained everything they were doing and Craig came by later to ensure everything was done correctly. Would definitely reccoemend them to anyone.
