Our 25 year old Central A/C unit stopped working and we contacted Craig for a replacement. His crew installed a new American Standard unit and it has been working perfectly for for the last 4 years. I watched them install the evaporator in the furnace and was impressed with the craftsmanship compared to our previous install.

Our AC had a leak and our furnace had a cracked heater. We called Four Season Comfort and we're happy we did. Craig is knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We ended up getting a Trane AC and an Armstrong furnace. Al and Nick did the install and they did a very good job. They did a clean and tidy installation. Definitely would recommend.

We just had our A/C installed today. The Trane XR13 unit looks good and does not have that annoying buzzing sound that some other A/C's have out there. Nick and Al performed the installation and did a great job. Everything is neatly aligned. They noticed that the compressor area was rusty because we had a drainage problem with the previous unit. They re-did that section and it all looks brand new and shiny now. These guys are very good and do not cut corners. They cleaned up everything before they left. Craig followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was ok. It was a pleasure working with them, and we are already enjoying our new A/C

Buying Central Air Conditioning is not a common purchase, so I had no idea where to start and who I should trust. After doing some research on the internet, I came across Four Season Comfort Heating & Cooling. I read the reviews and people had a lot of positive things to say about this company, so I took a chance and called. Craig is very responsive to all forms of communication such as telephone, text, and email. After speaking with Craig, he helped me decide on a 3 ton AC unit along with a humidifier. He was able to schedule an appointment for his team to install everything in a week and I am very happy with the products and services that I received. I would definitely recommend Four Season Comfort Heating & Cooling!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Craig, Mike and Al! Completed quote with Craig last month, very professional and responsive! Explained me all different options over the phone, recommended what was needed for my new house and why - Overall amazing experience! Yesterday, Mike and Al completed the install. All I can say is both were super professional, cleaned everything up after the install, were following all Public Health protocols including Social distancing/Mast/Gloves etc. Installation is top notch compared to my previous couple installs with different companies. Craig and Team highly recommended for all your HVAC needs!

Craig came out to inspect the old furnace and quoted us on a Trane and Armstrong. The pricing was competitive. His team installed the furnace in less than four hours and the installers were courteous and clean. Craig did a follow up visit to address any questions or concern. He filled out the manufacturer's warranty and sent us a copy the next day. Competitive pricing, quiet furnace, and excellent service.

We were faced with a home insurance mandate to replace the 20 year old oil tank for our oil fired heating system. We found there were limited sources available in the Toronto area for tank replacement and soon realized that replacing the tank would cost two-thirds of the cost of installing a new natural gas system. The decision to convert was simple. I contacted four heating contractors for quotations, of which Four Season Heating and Cooling was one of them. I had read several reviews that were very positive regarding the service and professionalism of Craig at Four Season Heating and Cooling. All selected contractors visited the site for inspection to develop a quotation. Three contractors responded with quotes quickly with a variety of manufacturer’s heating equipment at different price levels, but unfortunately, the sales representative sent by Four Season Heating and Cooling had not responded. I did need to contact Craig directly to get the ball rolling again. Craig apologized and made sure that his quote was in my hands within hours. Although Four Season Heating and Cooling did not provide the lowest quote, it was comprehensive, reasonable and provided equipment alternatives that were less costly and a more reliable reputation. The contract was awarded to Four Season Heating and Cooling. Craig handled the application and co-ordination with Enbridge Gas to have the gas line run to the house and the meter installed. After the meter was installed, Craig responded within a few days to perform the new furnace installation. The installation crew was clean, efficient and professional, answering all my questions and completing the installation in six hours. I never did meet Craig face-to-face, but we are very pleased with the installation, equipment and performance of our new heating system and glad that we gave Four Season Heating and Cooling a second chance.

The order is complete. Trane S9X2 and Navien tankless water heater installed. Great customer service. Responsiveness. Overall very positive experience. Mike and Al came in the morning and completed the project by around 4pm. Everything went smooth. Would recommend to everyone and would talk to Craig again if we decide to change AC. Thanks very much.
