I contacted Craig as i was looking for a company to replace my furnace. He was nice and answered every question. We had a major complication and Craig definitely showed why four season is the best company around. I am looking forward to have Craig install an AC next spring.

Just had my furnace and water tank replaced. Craig and team answered every question with complete honesty. You can tell by their responses that they are experienced and knowledgeable. They don’t try to up-sell you. In fact I inquired about a tankless water heater which costs about $1,500 more, and Craig insisted to save money and go with a tank. They are professional to deal with and made sure my house was cleaned up after they were done. They protected my floors with a cover and even swept the work area. Next year, we’re replacing our AC with Craig and his team. We had a great experience and will refer them to our friends and family. Thank you Craig!!

If I could give 11 stars, I would! Our furnace was red flagged and we had to scramble to do our research on a new furnace. Armed with information and reviews, one of the installers we contacted was Four Season Comfort Heating & Cooling. Craig’s response time was amazing! He was very informative via phone, text and email providing friendly and helpful service at all hours. All our questions were thoroughly addressed quickly. After texting him a couple of pics, he knew exactly what to recommend – no overselling or underselling – just the right product for the home. He knows his stuff, provides all the information you need with no pressure tactics. The experience was so easy and stress-free. Craig worked with me and managed to fit the installation into our busy schedule. His crew was punctual, courteous and left everything perfectly clean when they were finished. Along the way, texts were received to ensure that everything was going well. When the job was finished, I received follow-ups from Craig to confirm all was well and that we were satisfied. I would recommend Craig and his crew without hesitation. We feel confident that we made the right choices, both in the furnace and the company we selected. It is so refreshing to find a company that is professional, honest, courteous and does great work. We really appreciate contractors like this! Craig’s excellent reputation is well earned and well deserved.

We bought a resale home and needed to replace the old furnace and water tank. My mom had been impressed with Craig's company, and she recommended them. Craig sent us all the specs for new equipment and we set up a date. The crew showed up in time and went to work: out with the old and in with the new. They cleaned up after themselves and we are quite happy with the end result. We have a reliable furnace and water tank, and it feels good to support a company that does what it promises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Four Season Home Comfort to family and friends.

Received a decent discount through a group buy from RFD. The job involved a teardown of an old unit, replacing it with a Trane XR13. Craig and crew were great! They were on time, courteous, and efficient. They keep you informed of the whole process up until the final result. Good job!

Craig and his crew were awesome. I had a new AC and Furnace installed earlier this week, and they were amazing. Showed up, did their work, showed me the finished product and explained how to use and maintain it. We just bought a house that we're doing renovations on, and you really appreciate guys like this. After dealing with other trades people around the house, you really notice the difference between quality and workmanship vs. amateurs. Would not hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone.

We recently had our AC, furnace and water tank replaced by Craig's company. Throughout the job the company was very professional starting from the quote we were given (sales pitch free) to the actual installation. On the install day, the team (Carey and Danny) was professional, polite, worked hard and did a clean install. Following the install, Craig contacted us to make sure that we were happy. So far so good, we would definitely recommend the company to anybody.

When our furnace stopped working in late March we had to find a HVAC company very quickly, luckily for us, we were in good hands with Four Season Heating & Cooling. I appreciated that they only offered high quality equipment as we're going to be in this house a long time, and that Craig went out of his way to make sure that we got a quick installation date due as we were in a no heat situation. He kept in contact throughout the install and afterwards, ensuring we were happy and comfortable with the equipment. The installation was as quick as could be expected and the installers cleaned up after themselves and laid down a carpet to prevent our carpets from being soiled. Four Season Heating & Cooling's great reputation is well earned, and I thank you for your hard work and dedication.
