Amir came to the rescue again! The computer literally blue-screened and it was a mess. We bought a computer from Amir and it's been easy sailing ever since. So glad to have PCNix as a go-to source over the years and know they manage issues at a very reasonable cost. The customer service is fantastic and PCNix just gets things done right! Excellent service. I called them to check the availability of the screen for my laptop and they gathered/confirmed all details over the phone. As promised they replaced my screen on time. I inquired with over 5 or 6 vendor approved service centres and they were unable to confirm the availability/time/cost even after visiting those centres in person. Hands down would recommend to anyone for fixing the screen/laptop in general. Awesome!

I took my business computer into PCNIX for a repair that I needed to have done right away. Amir looked after me and was completely honest in letting me know it was only a minor repair that was needed. I felt extremely comfortable with his team and he delivered on time as promised as I was in a crunch for time. I will definitely be using his services again and I would strongly suggest others to do the same if you have any computer issues.

What a great service PCNIX provided to us. Our HP laptop died and they knew immediately how to fix it. Took it in on a Thursday at 6PM and it was ready Friday evening. What fantastic quick courteous service. Would highly recommend them to anyone with computer issues. They tell it like it is and tell you the cost up front. Can't say enough about PCNIX great friendly service. We thought our laptop was toast and would have the expense of purchasing a new one which we can't afford right now. They fixed the old laptop and it works great. No complaints here! thank you.

I cannot say enough positive things about Amir and PCNix and I feel very guilty because I should have written this review a few months ago. The computer I brought in had sensitive information about a pending court case and we were very concerned that the information on the computer remain confidential. Amir fixed it quickly in front of me to demonstrate that none of the files were viewed. He cleaned the computer, replaced the power source and got the computer running again in record time. The price was much cheaper than I anticipated. It was such a relief! If you need your computer fixed and you are looking for someone highly skilled, inexpensive, and with great customer service, look no further than PCNix. You won't be disappointed.

Thank you Amir! I urgently contacted three companies in an effort to source a competent, highly skilled PC tech who could fix my PC which had failed to open critical work files and trade programs. I shared that I'd recently lost several files as well. I was impressed with PCNix's approach to charge by IT solution rather than time and Amir's professionalism. Not only did PCNix surprisingly retrieve my lost files (side note: that Geeksquad told me were permanently lost!) but also repaired by PC the SAME DAY!...I'm back on track, productive and working on my PC. Amazing! I will definitely use PCNix again and refer him to colleagues and friends.

I chose to take my dead laptop to PCNix based on the reviews. I am so glad I did. i don't know much about computers. Amir didn't talk down to me but explained precisely what the problem was and quoted me two prices based on two different outcomes. I am confident that he not only knows his stuff but is reliable and honest. The job came in faster than quoted and for the exact price quoted. Amir also didn't try to sell me anything but once i asked was able to hook up an external hard drive for me on the spot and took time to tell me how to take good care of it. I do not hesitate to recommend his company!

Amir, the owner/operator of PCNix has become an essential service for me in relation to my computer issues. A year ago he cleaned up my outdated hard drive like a pro, fast, effective and with a smile. This week he set up my new hard drive by transferring all my data over, making updates, installing Windows 7 and adding new security software. Reasonably priced, patient, knowledgeable..everything you want when you are stressed out about your computer system. I highly recommend Amir and his team for all your computer needs. Amir replaced by sony vaio z series vpz1 screen. Found him through google to youtube to his store. Fast, reliable, trustworthy, fair pricing. Fixed my hinges also, doesn't creek anymore.
