    Backyard Renovation

    I am beyond thrilled with the work M.E. Contracting did to transform my backyard this summer and could not give a higher recommendation. I hadn't heard of ME before my renovation but after searching on HomeStars and Houzz, the reviews I read were positive so I decided to meet with them and check them out. From the first time I met Eitan, I was completely comfortable that he knew what he was doing and could deliver a backyard solution that would meet my expectations. From the design, through the materials selection process, through the execution, Eitan and his team were spot on. The end result is absolutely stunning and I could not be happier with my new backyard (pavers, deck, firepit, outdoor kitchen, artificial grass, landscaping, landscape lighting, fencing, custom stairs and glass railings)! See pictures for before and after. The company and its entire team have the utmost integrity, deliver a fantastic quality solution and are an absolute pleasure to work with. The ME team exceeded my expectations and I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Eitan, Keren and your entire team!

    Heated driveway front yard and pool at the back yard

    Im really want to recommend M.E. Contracting to all of Homestars fans. I invite Eitan the owner of the company to get an estimate on my project which is pretty big one. Eitan came over with his great design idea, took measurement and sent me a quote after few days. We came over to the fabulous showroom (you have to be there!!) and choose, colors and materials and most we got lots of amazing ideas. I think that M.E. contracting is hands down the best contracting company i ever work with ! Fast, professional and honest. great job M.E. Contracting

    Yard & Landscaping Work

    Working with Daryl and the team was a very transparent, efficient, and professional process. The work was delivered with quality of work in mind and Daryl being our contact ensured to verify that the work was done to his and our satisfaction throughout the process. I highly recommend M.E. Contracting for your landscaping needs.

    Backyard Renovation

    Daryl and his team did fantastic work on our backyard reno. They tore out an 18-year-old deteriorating deck and laid in a contemporary paver patio, seating walls, serving counter, privacy screen and a custom metal/PVC deck and stairway. Beautiful accent lighting added the perfect finishing touch. The work started later than expected and took awhile to complete due to the custom stairs but the end product is beautiful. They stayed within budget and with any renovation there were corrections to be made along the way however Daryl was always very receptive and responsive to get them rectified quickly. Now we look forward to enjoying our new backyard every chance possible.

    Backyard

    Hello ME Contracting! Although we are not in the habit of posting online reviews……positive or negative…..we felt compelled to post one after our recent experience with ME. Anyone considering an outdoor renovation of considerable size, much like us, likely dreads the process and hopes the final outcome will make it all worthwhile. I can say that not only did the craftsmanship and quality of the final outcome supersede our expectations, the process (timelines, consideration by the workers in our home and the communication with the sight manger) made it more than manageable. This is our second home and our third renovation. Without hesitation, this has been the smoothest experience we have had. We endorse ME’s professionalism, craftsmanship and integrity. True to their word. And ME thank you for ALWAYS closing the gate and keeping our two bulldogs safe through it all! Sincerely Shelley and Donna (and the bulldogs)

    Front porch renovation

    My husband and I were looking to have our front porch done and a friend recommended we get in touch with M.E. Contracting. We were thrilled with the service and experience from start to finish. The team stayed exactly on budget, provided knowledgeable and insightful feedback on our designs, executed the project in a shorter (!) amount of time than expected and left us with a finished product that we could not be happier with. We would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for this type of work.

    Corner Lot Transformation

    I contacted ME Contracting for a quote on transforming our corner lot. The scope of work included replacing an old/failing retaining wall, removal of dense foliage, replacing walkway and front stairs, moving another set of stairs, constructing a fence, and installing new pavers on property and driveway . Basically, we wanted a blank canvas and an opportunity to enjoy previously unusable and exposed outdoor space. Steve provided a fair (and comprehensive) quote that fell in the middle range of the three quotes we'd obtained. Immediately, we were struck by his knowledge and honest opinion on what was required for the project. Indeed, he seemed to know what we needed even if we didn't know ourselves. Beginning such a large (and expensive) project can be overwhelming and Steve made himself available to answer questions and offer opinions even before I'd committed to the company. This openness, along with a visit to the showroom, gave us the confidence to have ME Contracting do the work. The project started earlier than anticipated in order to accommodate downtown street parking and was completed in precisely the amount of time estimated. Casey and the team were amazingly hard working, professional, and dedicated to the project. They were typically on site before I began getting ready for my own work day. Neighbours have commented (and continue to comment on) how impressed they were with the teams work ethic and with the end result itself. Jobs like this, in dense neighbourhoods, are bound to cause inconvenience but ME was able to address all reasonable concerns. And Steve, as a Project Manager, was always immediately available for any required communications. I cannot recommend ME Contracting enough. They thoroughly delivered in every way - not to mention on time and within budget. And now I have a revitalized and usable outdoor space just in time for Canada Day. Thanks guys!

    Elevated deck

    Thank you to M.E Contracting for the the great work building our dream deck. A special thanks for Daryl for his patience and knowledge during the initial stages when we kept making changes. He was always helpful and it made a big difference in going with this company. Tomer and the build team were very professional and friendly. Not to mention they went above and beyond what was required to make sure we were happy. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Deck construction

    I highly recommend ME Contracting . My deck was built on schedule. Daryl was a pleasure to deal with and was responsive to ideas and needs. A very professional contractor. The design was exquisite and Ryan, a master carpenter and his team worked efficiently and skillfully until completion. The results were beyond my expectation! I am a very satisfied homeowner !!

    Fence, gate and steps

    I had a very good experience with M.E. Contracting. Tomer was responsible for building a cedar gate and fence, as well as putting in new custom stairs for my basement entrance. All the work was done professionally and quickly. I had a few issues with the stairs, but they came by and remedied everything quickly. I would recommend them and use them again when I need to redo the deck.
