    Washing Machine Repair

    Had a problem with my washer. Rick was there in 2 days, diagnosed and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. If you are looking for proper service, Call on Rick.

    Fridge stopped working...Rick to the rescue!

    Rick is amazing!!!! My fridge stopped working and I was in a panic! Rick was recommended to me by my sister so I called him up. He came over first thing the next morning and immediately after looking at my fridge, he knew exactly what the problem was. In less than an hour, he had replaced the defective part and was all done. Very professional, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing in simple terms so I could understand. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!!

    Repair to Kenmore Induction Range.

    The technician came and assessed the problem with my stove overheating. He thought it was the Controls and that we would need a new one. The technician came to remove it so I could find a replacement (Kenmore no longer makes the parts.) I found a company which repairs the units and took it there. They said they couldn’t replicate the error message, so it wasn’t the control panel - probably the temp probe. The technician came back and reinstalled the control board at no charge, then replaced the temperature probe also at no charge because of the original error. He didn’t even charge me for the new probe. That was very honourable of him. We have used his service a few times and have always been happy with the result. Even in the case of this error, he made good on the job. The oven is working great!

    Fridge

    Rick did a great job.....fixed my leaky fridge and humidifier drain problem. Strongly recommend him.

    Glass stove top replacement

    Don't keep heavy sauce bottles over your glass topped stove. Accidents happen. When this happened to us, I contacted a two appliance repair companies. Rick responded right away, soon confirmed a replacement top was available, then quickly and professionally installed it. Excellent. The other company hasn't responded yet. Rick is now my go to appliance guy.

    Rick Appliance Repair

    My oven stopped working just before dinner, and of course panic set in with a house hold of hungry children. I called Rick and he was able to come the very next day and solve the problem with ease. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Rick Appliance Repair to my friends and family.

    Appliance - washing machine - repair

    Rick came out in less than 24 hours to repair a faulty washing machine. The water pump was not functioning. He brought the part with him & repaired it on the spot. He was efficient, courteous and quick. Very professional. I kept his number for the future. Will definitely call Rick again.

    Washer Repair

    I called Rick because the water from my washer wasn't draining. He was able to come by the next day. He brought the part required to fix it (water pump) and was in and out in no time. He was courteous and showed me the issue. I would definitely call him again for any appliance repairs.

    Dryer Repair

    The dryer at my rental property was acting up and based on online reviews, I decided to give Rick Appliance Repair a chance. They did not disappoint. An appointment was scheduled quickly and Rick's son showed up on-time and was able to diagnosis the issue within 10 mins. Unfortunately the part needed to repair the dryer had been discontinued, but that didn't stop Rick's son to go above and beyond to locate a replacement for us. Dryer was fixed the next day and tenets are very happy. Will be using these guys the next time an appliance needs repair.

    Washing Machine and Freezer Fix

    I was looking for an Appliance Repair Service for my rental in Downtown Toronto (washing machine that wouldn’t spin and freezer that was leaking water into the fridge - this had been happening for a few years and my tenants used a dish in the fridge to collect the water and I finally decided to get it taken care of since the washer was now faulty too). I looked at reviews on HomeStars and contacted Rick Appliance Repair, he responded promptly and I put him in touch with my tenant. He was efficient, provided me a detailed analysis + a quote on the phone. He also shared with me that the freezer fix would be 50/50 considering the age and long-standing leak. I decided to proceed with just the washer and Rick ended up replacing additional parts but honoured his original quote. My tenant also commented that he was kind, courteous and kept her in the loop on what he was doing. Highly recommend.
