    Best appliance repairman out there!!

    Based on the good reviews I hired Rick to repair a freezer and a stove oven on his first visit; and later on it was the washer that required his service. We could not be happier and more satisfied with his impeccable level of service. Truly, in my humble opinion, he is the best repairman out there. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, punctual, efficient and very professional. What else can I say? Let me give you one example of his attributes: when I called him because the freezer - an upright, fairly sized one - had stopped working, he made the effort to come on the afternoon of that same day as he was fully aware that time was of the essence. That same evening we had the freezer back up and running, and nothing in it was wasted! Cannot recommend Rick highly enough!

    Dryer Repair

    Called Rick about my dryer which had stopped heating. He was able to come out the next day and arrived on time. He was very polite and professional, made the required repairs and took the time to thoroughly clean and vacuum the lint from inside dryer. He made recommendations about maintenance to ensure my dryer lasts as long as possible. I will definitely use Rick again for any appliance repairs I may need.

    Fridge repair

    My 16yr old Kenmore fridge stopped cooling and I selected Rick Appliance Repair because of his HomeStars reviews and his competitive price. I called in the evening around 6pm, and he arrived at my house across town the following morning at 11am. He quickly determined that the issue was an old freezer fan motor. As he replaced the motor, he explained how to identify other fridge problems like compressor, Freon, or relay issues. Needless to say, with 30yrs of experience, Rick really knows how to fix appliances. I'll be sure to keep his number handy for future appliance repairs and referrals.

    Leaking Fridge

    Rick came the next day to fix my Fridge whether the freezer was leaking. He quickly fixed that issue, cleaned the compressor and also noticed that the doors weren’t closing properly and fixed that as well; all for a reasonable rate. I highly recommend Rick.

    LG Dryer Fixed

    Called him up and he came early the next morning to fix our LG repair. Quick, professional, and at an appropriate price.

    Appliance Repair

    Our refrigerator stopped working. I contacted by email at 6:30am Rick’s Appliance Repair. He responded by 8 am, to inform me he could come in the afternoon. He would call when on his way. When he looking at the fridge he found a problem and communicated what he could do. He put the part in and felt it would work. He said if not then just call him and he will return and take the part and refund the money for it. All we had to pay was the service call. Customer service, trust worthy, and a person of integrity. Excellent service. Strongly recommend him.

    Fixed My KITCHENAID Refrigerator

    My refrigerator stopped cooling and the freezer thawed. I called Rick based on the good reviews on this site. Rick called me first thing Monday and arranged to come before 5:00. He arrived at 3:00 and explained what he was going to do and the possibilities - your problem is either the compressor or the relay. Given that it is a 13 year old appliance if it is the compressor you likely should buy a new unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the relay and switched it out. They compressor came on right away and the refrigerator started cooling. All done in 25 minutes. Professional, courteous, efficient and the cost was about what I would expect for the work done.

    Repaired leak from washer

    Rick showed up on time, actually 15 minutes early even. Quickly determined the cause of the leak and replaced with a new rubber boot and tested it for leaks. Also, he offered several helpful hints on maintaining the washer. All-in-all, fast, friendly professional service and would highly recommend to my friends & family!

    Kenmore Dishwasher Repair

    Rick was quick to schedule the appointment , arrived on time and earlier than I had expected. He diagnosed and repaired the issue very quickly. Rick was kind and diligent to explain the issue, how to prevent further issues and things to watch out for which was very helpful.     Washer, Dryer, Fridge Terrific Repair

    We have relied on Rick several times in the past year to assess and repair our washer, dryer and fridge. He is very prompt, professional and honest in his assessment and recommendation.
